The main objective of the project is to increase and consolidate the active participation of 30 unemployed young people (including 18 women) in the West Pomerania region of the labour market by the end of 2016.Actions implemented under POWER 2014-2020, priority axis I:Young people on the labour market, Dz:1.2 Support for young people who are unemployed in the regional labour market — Competition projects, Sub-action 1.2.2 Support to be awarded from the Youth Employment Initiative to 30 NEETs, i.e. young people aged 18-29 (18K/12M) who meet in total warunki:nie work (unemployed or inactive), are not in education (do not take part in formal education) (they do not take part in formal education) (they do not take part in formal education in order to obtain, complete or improve their skills and their common or general qualifications needed for the performance of their work). participants will be in the area of Zachodniopomorskie (natural persons who reside in the province) in particular those who are not registered at the Labour Inspectorate.The project assumes that recruitment (III-IV 2016) Meetings with a professional advisor and a psychologist (III-2016) Realisation of VCC (IV-V 2016) Realisation of VCC (IV-V 15) Realisation of VCC (IV-V) Realisation of VCC (persons) Recruitment will result in a professional qualification of at least 27 people and a minimum of 13 people will gain employment, which will change their situation in the employment market. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie i utrwalenie aktywnego udziału 30 nieuczących się i niepracujących młodych osób (w tym 18 kobiet) na zachodniopomorskim rynku edukacji i pracy do końca 2016r. Działania realizowane w ramach POWER 2014-2020, oś priotytetowa I : Osoby młode na rynku pracy, Dz: 1.2 Wsparcie osób młodych pozostajacych bez pracy na regionalnym rynku pracy - projekty konkursowe, Poddziałanie 1.2.2 Wsparcie udzielane z Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych Projekt skierowany do 30 osób z kategorii NEET czyli osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat (18K/12M), które spełniają łącznie warunki:nie pracują (osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowe),nie kształcą się (nie uczestniczą w kształceniu formalnym w trybie stacjonarnym)nie szkolą (nie uczestniczą w pozaszkol.zajęciach w celu uzyskania, uzupełnienia lub doskonalenia umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawowdowych lub ogólnych,potrzebnych do wykonywania pracy) Uczestnikami będą osoby z obszaru województwa zachodniopomorskiego (os.fizycznych,które zamieszkują na obszarze województwa) w szczególności osoby niezarejestrowane w Urzędach Pracy. Projekt zakłada Nastepujące Etapy:Rekrutacja (III-IV 2016 r)Spotkania z doradcą zawodowym i psychologiem (III-IV 2016r)Realizację kursów VCC (IV-V 2016r) SekretarkaObsługa biuraTelemarketerPłatne stażę zawodowe (15 osób)Zatrudnienie Dzięki realizacji projektu przynajmniej 27 osób uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe a minimum13 osób uzyska zatrudnienie, co zmieni ich sytuację na rynku zatrudnienia.
