The main aim of the project is:increase the employment opportunities of 60 young people (40K/20M), including those with disabilities aged 18-29, who are not in employment, education or training (the so-called NEET group), including in particular those not registered in the regional employment offices of Zachodniopomorskie Province.01.02.2016-31.12.2016The target group is 60/40K/20M of young people, including the disabled, aged 18-29 who are not in employment, including in particular, persons not registered in employment offices from WZ tj.CC zone WZ in okr.1.02-31.12.2016, disable.DG GD is used for personal data.1.3.1 AFTER KED.The inclusion of each of the 60 PSPs of turkeys and the comprehensive activation of professions, through:1.Identification of needs and diagnosis. opportunities for improvement, including the degree of remoteness from the labour market, 2.Job matching, including job selection coaching and guidance, including the development of IPD 3.Acquisition, upgrading or adaptation of competences and eligible labour market, including through high-quality training leading to an examination and certification of acquired qualifications 4.Acquisition or/or addition to experience. through 3 m-long traineeships, meeting the standards indicated in the European Quality Framework of Practice and Traineeships.(A0518) Each UP, within 4 months from the date of accession, will receive a high quality further education and traineeship offer within the project.The contribution of the support complex will lead to the empowerment of the UP and the decoupling of aid from the financial unit by increasing their capacity to employ them in order to equip them with the package required by the employers of soft, skilled and palatable employers.As a result, the project will lead to a minimum of 9 areas of low quality, 3 long term (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest: zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 60 osób (40K/20M) młodych, w tym niepełnosprawnych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy, nie uczestniczących w kształceniu ani szkoleniu (tzw. grupa NEET), w tym w szczególności osób niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy terenu województwa zachodniopomorskiego w okr. 01.02.2016-31.12.2016r.   Grupą docelową jest 60/40K/20M osób młodych, w tym niepełnospr. w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy zgrupy NEET, w tym w szczeg.osoby niezarejestrowane w urzędach pracy z terenu WZ tj zamieszk. w rozum. KC obszar WZ w okr. 1.02-31.12.2016, z wyłącz. GD okreś. dla Poddz. 1.3.1 PO WER.   Objęcie każdego z 60 UP indywid.i kompleksową aktywiz. zawod.-eduk. przez: 1. Identyfik. potrzeb i diagnozow. możliwości w zakr. doskonalenia zawod., w tym identyfik. stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy 2. Pośrednictwo pracy, w tym coaching w zakr. wyboru zawodu oraz poradnictwo zawod., w tym opracowanie IPD 3. Nabycie, podwyższenie lub dostosowanie kompetencji i kwalifik., niezbędnych na rynku pracy m.in. poprzez wysokiej jakości szkolenia kończące się egzaminem i wydaniem certyfikatu potwierdzającego nabyte kwalifikacje 4. Nabycie lub uzupełnienie doświad. zawod. poprzez 3 m-czne staże, spełniające standardy wskazane w Europejskiej Ramie Jakości Praktyk i Staży   W ramach proj. wykorzystany jest Model aktywiz. zawod. osób zagrożonych wyklucz. społ. (A0518)   Każdy UP w ciągu 4 m-cy od dnia przystąpienia do udz. w projekcie otrzyma w jego ramach wysokiej jakości ofertę dalszego kształcenia i stażu. Realiz. kompleks. wsparcia doprowadzi do usamodzielnienia się UP i uniezależnienia od finans.pomocy instyt. poprzez zwiększenie ich możliwości do zatrud. dzięki wyposażeniu ich w pakiet wymaganych przez pracodawców umiejętn. miękkich, kwalifikacji i dośw. zawod.
