This project, which runs from 01.07.2016 to 31.12.2016, targets up to 135 young people (79K and 56M) with WZ, including 3 disabled persons, aged 15-29years, including 108 passive zawodowo/65K and 43M/and 27 bezrobotnych/14K and 13M/, including 14 long-term bezrobotnych/8K and 6M/, including long term and M/), which do not participate in education and training (NEETs), among them 81 are those with a low qualification. the main aim is to increase the capacity and job opportunities of these groups through the provision of individualised and comprehensive assistance tailored to the needs and capacities of the young.Each PSP will receive high quality training and/or internship support in career planning as part of 3 career development planning and guidance in career planning.The measurable result of the support thus defined will be the start of work after the end of participation in the programme by min.35 % of long-term unemployed, min.17 % of the disabled, min.36 % of the low-skilled and min.43 % of the OP not eligible for any of the.The sustainability of the assistance provided will reflect the key deliverables, which include among the project OP:— at least 75 % of the unemployed, min.77 % of long-term unemployed and min.58 % of inactive inactive people in education and training will be offered a job, continuing education, apprenticeship or traineeship upon leaving;— min.69 % of unemployed, min.59 % of long-term unemployed and min.78 % of inactive not in education and training will participate in education/training or get a qualification or work (including for own account) upon leaving;— 92 % of the unemployed, min.94 % of long-term unemployed and min.96 % of inactive not in education and training will complete the YEI supported intervention. Przedmiotowy projekt, realizowany w okresie 01.07.2016- 31.12.2016, skierowany jest do 135 osób młodych(79K i 56M) z WZ,w tym 3 niepełnosprawnych,w wieku 15-29lat,w tym.108 biernych zawodowo/65K i 43M/ i 27 bezrobotnych/14K i 13M/,w tym min.14 długotrwale bezrobotnych/8K i 6M/),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu(młodzież NEET)-wśród nich 81 to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.Jego głównym celem jest zwiększenie zdolności i możliwości zatrudnienia ww.grupy dzięki zapewnieniu zindywidualizowanej i kompleksowej pomocy,dostosowanej do potrzeb i możliwości osób młodych. Każdy UP, poza identyfikacją potrzeb i diagnozą możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego oraz poradnictwem w planowaniu rozwoju kariery,otrzyma wysokiej jakości wsparcie szkoleniowe i/lub stażowe realizowane w ramach 3 fakultatywnych Ścieżek. Wymiernym rezultatem tak zdefiniowanego wsparcia będzie podjęcie pracy po zakończeniu udziału w programie przez min.35%długotrwale bezrobotnych, min.17% niepełnosprawnych, min.36% młodych o niskich kwalifikacjach i min.43%UP nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww.grup. Trwałość udzielonej pomocy odzwierciedlać będą kluczowe rezultaty,które zakładają m.in. że spośród UP objętych projektem: -co najmniej 75%bezrobotnych, min.77%długotrwale bezrobotnych i min.58%biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu otrzyma ofertę pracy, kształcenia ustawicznego, przygotowania zawodowego lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu; -min.69%bezrobotnych, min.59%długotrwale bezrobotnych i min.78%biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu uczestniczyć będzie w kształceniu/szkoleniu lub uzyskiwać kwalifikacje lub pracować(w tym na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu; -min.92%bezrobotnych, min.94%długotrwale bezrobotnych i min.96%biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu ukończy interwencję wspieraną w ramach Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych.
