Cel główny Projektu (PR): Celem głównym projektu (PR) jest: nabycie kompetencji "miękkich" oraz nabycie, podwyższenie lub dostosowanie kompetencji i kwalifik. zawod. niezbędnych na rynku pracy, jak również nabycie lub uzupełn. dośw. zawod. oraz praktyczn. umiejętn. w zakr. wykonyw. danego zawodu, przez 76 UP (w tym 42 kobiet) Główne rezultaty: - Liczba osób biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, uczestniczących w kształceniu/ szkoleniu lub uzyskujących kwalifikacje lub pracujących (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu - 33, - Liczba osób biernych zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, które ukończyły interwencję wspieraną w ramach Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych - 36. - Liczba osób bezrobotnych, które otrzymały ofertę pracy, kształcenia ustawicznego, przygotowania zawodowego lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu -29 - Liczba osób bezrobotnych, uczestniczących w kształceniu/ szkoleniu lub uzyskujących kwalifikacje lub pracujących (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) po opuszczeniu programu – 27 - Liczba osób bezrobotnych, które ukończyły interwencję wspieraną w ramach Inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia ludzi młodych - 34 Grupa docelowa (GD) PR: GD w PR stanowią 76 osoby młode (42K, 34M) w tym 38 osób niepełnosprawnych, w wieku 15 - 29 lat bez pracy, które nie uczestn. w kształc. i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET, bierne zawod. I bezrobotne, niezarejestr. w urzędach pracy, z wyłącz. grupy określ. dla trybu konkursowego w poddział. 1.3.1 zgodnie z SzOOP. PR jest skier. wyłącznie do osób fiz. zamieszk.
