The project aims to improve the employability of young people under 30 unemployed in the county of hrubieszowski.The main result of the project will be 176 people who register in the PLO.In support of the project, persons below 30 will be eligible for support. they will be eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) and/or the aid profile II (called “support”).In the context of the project, for each participant in the project, an overview of the offer of activation failed to take place. it will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, aptitudes and problems.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employees Promotion Act and the labour market.Participants will be able to benefit from traineeships, training, sown vouchers, equipment or firm work and one-off measures to engage in business activities.The project involves providing support to 412 unemployed people, including 349 unemployed persons, who are in difficulty (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled) and 63 persons not eligible for any of these target groups.The project is in line with national legislation, CT8, investment priority 8 ii and with other relevant Union and EU legislation.The starting point for participation in the project is the inclusion of a participant in a cost neutral form of support, i.e. a job or post.The project consists of 8 collective training courses for 94 individuals with fewer opportunities and 30 individual training courses.The project involves providing support to 2 people out of the incomplete ones, including 1/K and 1/M. approved by the MPiPS-01 for 30.04.2018 in the register of the office of 11 persons with disabilities, including 4/K and 7/M. out of 11 persons, the type of disability identified as mental disability is accepted.3 people, mental illness 2 and epilepsy 1 individually, have considerable difficulties in finding employers who are willing to organise traineeships, and may have problems with the required tests in the case of training. POWIAT HRUBIESZOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W HRUBIESZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększ. możliwości zatrudn. osób młodych poniżej 30r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie hrubieszowskim. Głównym rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 176 osób zarejestr. w PUP. W ramach proj. wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 r.ż. zakwalifi. do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestn. przedstawienie konkr. oferty aktywizacji zawod. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrud. i instyt. rynku pracy. Uczestnicy proj. będą mogli skorzystać ze staży, szkoleń, bonów na zasied., wyposażenia lub dopos. stanow. pracy oraz jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działaln. gosp. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 412 osób bezrobotnych, w tym 349 osób bezrobot. znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach) oraz 63 osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z ww. grup docelowych. Projekt jest zgodny z prawodaw. krajowym, CT8, priorytetem inwestycyjnym 8 ii oraz z pozostałymi właściwymi zasadami unijnymi oraz prawodaw. unijnym. Moment rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie to objęcie uczestnika proj. bezkosztową formą wsparcia tj. pośred pracy lub porad. zaw. Projekt zakłada 8 szkoleń grupowych dla 94 osób bezrob. oraz 30 szkoleń indywidualnych. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 2 osoby z niepełn., w tym 1/K i 1/M. Zgod. z MPiPS-01 na 30.04.2018r. w ewidencji urzędu 11 osób z niepeł, w tym 4/K i 7/M. Spośród 11 osób rodzaj niepełnosprawności określany jako upośledzenie umysłowe posiad. 3 os, choroby psychiczne 2 os. i epilepsję 1 osoba.Osoby z niepeł. mają znaczne trudności ze znalezieniem pracodawców chętnych do organizacji staży, w przypadku szkoleń mogą mieć problemy dot. wymaganych badań lek.
