The project aims to increase the employability of young people by 29, including in particular those unemployed who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in Włocławek, i.e.: — for the most vulnerable persons (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (to ISCED level 3), immigrants, rememitters) 42 % — for the others who do not belong to the above groups; * getting qualifications after the end of the participation in the project by 72 unemployed persons covered by training in the project; * the acquisition of skills after the end of the participation in the project by 108 unemployed persons covered by the project.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. according to the IPD, services will be available in the project:employment services, vocational guidance (training, subsidies, settlement vouchers and post-graduate studies), training (on average 150h, individual and group) and labour market measures:job placements (max. 6 months), one-off measures for setting up a business, an occupation voucher and the financing of the costs of post-graduate studies (2 semesters). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż., w tym w szczególności osób bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET) pozostających bez pracy we Włocławku i Powiecie Włocławskim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie:*podjęcie zatrudnienia na poziomie określonym w komunikacie IZ PO WER dla projektów, których termin realizacji rozpoczyna się po 31 grudnia 2018 r. tj.:- dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci) 42%- dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup 57%;*uzyskanie kwalifikacji po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie przez 72 os. bezrobotnych objętych szkoleniami w projekcie;*nabycie kompetencji po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie przez 108 os. bezrobotnych objętych szkoleniami w projekcie.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego uczestnika przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Zgodnie z IPD, w projekcie dostępne będą usługi: pośrednictwa pracy (staże, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy), poradnictwa zawodowego (szkolenia, dotacje, bony na zasiedlenie i sfinansowanie kosztów studiów podyplomowych), szkolenia (średnio 150h, indywidualne i grupowe) oraz instrumenty rynku pracy: staże (max. 6 m-cy), jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, bony na zasiedlenie oraz sfinansowanie kosztów studiów podyplomowych (2 semestralne).
