The project involves the construction of the DW 685 extension together with engineering structures and the necessary technical infrastructure over the length of around8.4 km from km 0 + 060,5 (limit of the DK 19 lane as TEN-T) to km 8 + 462.The activity is entirely located in the powiat białostocki in the municipality of Zabłudów (ITI BoF area) as it is mainly located in non-urban areas (plain line), except for the initial length approximately1 km in the city area of Zabłudów (street or semi-street).The width of the road is in the vast majority of 6 m;only in Zabrze is up to 9 m higher and the technical parameters of the road deviate from the prescriptive requirements, which adversely affects the liquidity and safety of the traffic, leads to negative environmental impacts.The journey time is also extended to include:extending the road to 7.0 m to reinforce the pavement (up to 115 kN) by adjusting the geometry of the path for cycling along the walkways to the upgrading of engineering structures (culverts) for the construction of technical canal lighting (penetrations) of the technical channel for the upgrading of the conflicting facilities and other product products of the Project:reconstruction of the regional roads with a length of 8.4 km;the number of road transport projects 1 is a public road that guarantees equal and unrestricted access for all its users. the project will be accessible on an equal basis to all road users.The main users will be the residents of the BoF, in particular the municipalities of Zabłudów and the population of the Haitian district including students (DW 685 is part of the main service route from Hajnówka/Bialowieza to Białystok).The route will be used intensively by entrepreneurs in connection with their economic activities, students, tourists from the country and the rest of the world visiting the Białowieża, investors, emergency services. Projekt obejmuje budowę z rozbudową DW 685 wraz z obiektami inżynierskimi i niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną na odcinku o długości ok. 8,4 km od km 0+060,5 (granica pasa DK 19 jako TEN-T) do km 8+462. Zadanie w całości zlokalizowane jest w powiecie białostockim na terenie gminy Zabłudów (obszar ZIT BOF) Trasa przebiega głównie w terenie niezabudowanym (przekrój szlakowy), za wyjątkiem początkowego odcinka o długości ok. 1 km na obszarze miasta Zabłudów (uliczny lub półuliczny). Szerokość jezdni wynosi w zdecydowanej większości 6 m; jedynie w Zabłudowie jest większa i lokalnie dochodzi nawet do 9 m. Parametry techniczne drogi odbiegają od wymagań normatywnych, co negatywne wpływa na płynność i bezpieczeństwo ruchu, wzmaga negatywne oddziaływania środowiskowe.
