GOAL:Raising the competence of 96 representatives (52K, 44M) of 31 JST to the Opolskie region for school development management and the competence of key students through the implementation of training and counselling programmes with a public methodological bridge and plans for improving the quality of educational services and support for schools in the field of the skills of key pupils, as well as the inclusion of 86 schools/schools by the JST in Opolskie Province: — the persons responsible for taking management decisions in the JST.Total education staff; — the staff responsible for the management decisions in JST.Including participation will be 96 persons from 31 JST.The main task in the framework of the project is the implementation of training and advisory programmes aimed at supporting schools in developing the key competences of pupils.Participants will have the possibility to participate in 15 day training courses in the field of m.in.- diagnosis of the state of the local education in JTS; — strategic management, development of local educational plans/strategies; — process of supporting schools; — developing the skills of key pupils and their education by schools; — donorship funding; each of the JTS will be obliged to develop a local plan for the development of education and support schools in the development of key competences of the key students.The work on the project will be supported by experts in the advisory process and by the local community in the framework organised by the JST.86 schools/educational establishments will be supported with a full annual support process based on the completed PLAN.96 participants will be responsible for education management focused on the development of schools and the competences of key students. CEL GŁÓWNY: Podniesienie kompetencji 96 przedstawicieli (52K, 44M) z 31 JST z woj. opolskiego w zakresie zarządzania oświatą ukierunkowanego na rozwój szkół i kompetencji kluczowych uczniów poprzez wdrożenie programów szkoleniowo-doradczych wraz z obudową metodyczną i opracowanie planów podnoszenia jakości usług oświatowych oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz objęcie przez JST 86 szkół/placówek procesem wspomagania, w okresie 01.08.2019-31.07.2021.Projekt skierowany jest do przedstawicieli JST z woj. opolskiego:- osób odpowiedzialnych za podejmowanie decyzji zarządczych w JST w zakresie spraw oświatowych;- pracowników operacyjnych realizujących zadania z zakresu oświaty w JST.Łącznie w proj. udział weźmie 96 osób z 31 JST.Głównym zadaniem w ramach proj. jest wdrożenie programów szkoleniowo-doradczych ukierunkowanych na wsparcie szkół w rozwijaniu kompetencji kluczowych uczniów. Uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość udziału w 15 dniowych szkoleniach w zakresie m.in.- diagnozowanie stanu lokalnej oświaty w JST;- zarządzanie strategiczne, tworzenie lokalnych planów/strategii oświatowych;- proces wspomagania szkół;- rozwój kompetencji kluczowych uczniów i ich kształcenie przez szkoły;- finansowanie oświaty.Każde z JST będzie zobligowane do opracowania Lokalnego planu rozwoju oświaty oraz wspomagania szkół w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych uczniów gł. rezultat proj. Pracę nad jego powstaniem będą wspierać eksperci w ramach procesu doradztwa oraz społeczność lokalna w ramach organizowanych przez JST spotkaniach.Pracownicy JST będą mieli możliwość wymiany doświadczeń w ramach zorganizowanych w regionach SIECI WSPÓŁPRACY z wykorzystaniem platformy doskonalenie w sieci.W wyniku realizacji proj. 86 szkół/placówek oświatowych zostanie objętych pełnym rocznym procesem wspomagania w oparciu o wypracowany PLAN.96 uczestników nabędzie kompetencje w zakresie zarządzania oświatą ukierunkowanego na rozwój szkół i kompetencji kluczowych uczniów.
