Celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji768 przedstawicieli kadry kierowniczej szkół z768 szkół i placówek z woj. śląskiegow zakresie zarządzania oświatą ukierunkowanego na rozwój szkół i kompetencji kluczowych uczniów, w okresie XII. 2017- IX.2019. Z jednej szkoły w projekcie weźmie udział jedna osoba, zachowana będzie zasada, że każdej szkoły z gmin wiej. i wiej.-miejs. będzie co najmniej 50% uczestników, tj.384 osób. (kr. meryt.,4,5)Realizacja projektu przez UJ w partnerstwie z OiB, który prowadzi Śląski Ośrodek Doskonalenia Nauczycieli, posiadający akredytację Śląskiego Kuratora Oświaty spowoduje powiązanie projektu z systemem wspomagania nauczycieli i zapewni większą trwałość projektu (kr.meryt. 2 oraz kr. premiujące 3)Efektami działań w projekcie będzie:768diagnoz potrzeb szkół w zakresie kształcenia komp. kluczowych ucz.
