The project participants are only young natural persons resident in the Silesia Region (within the meaning of the Civil Code provisions), including persons with disabilities, aged 15-29.The project is aimed only at inactive persons who do not participate in education and training, so called NEETs, as defined in OP KED 2014-2020 (excluding those who belong to the target group defined for the competitive procedure under OP WER 2014-2020).The project provides for support to 100 persons (60 K and 40 M), including at least 30 % of the low-skilled, 60 % of inactive/inactive people, 20 % of people living in LPR areas, 20 % of the population (within the meaning of CC) of secondary cities.The number and specific characteristics of the target influenza take into account the financial and organisational capacity of the applicant.The project provides the possibility to benefit from the support of former participants in social inclusion projects under thematic objective 9 in RPO.The main project is the higher employment opportunities of 100 people (60 K and 40 M) involved in the project, obtained through their participation in individual activation schemes during the lifetime of the project, i.e.01.01.2019-31.10.2019 Result: — Number of people who obtained qualifications after leaving the Programme — 80 %; — Minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the most vulnerable persons (including immigrants, returnees, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (to ISCED level 3) — 39 %; — the minimum employment performance criterion for other persons not forming part of the above groups — 54 %.Tasks: 1.IDENTIFICATION/DIAGNOSIS; 2.TRAINING; 3.TSIE3.PLACEMENT. Uczestnikami projektu są wyłącznie młode osoby fizyczne, zamieszkujące na obszarze województwa śląskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat. Projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób biernych zawodowo, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET, zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020 ( z wyłączeniem osób należących do grupy docelowej określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1 SZOOP PO WER 2014-2020). Projekt przewiduje objęcie wsparciem100 osób (60 K i 40 M), w tym co najmniej 30% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 60% osób biernych zawodowo/nieaktywnych zawodowo, 20% osób zamieszkujących na obszarach objętych LPR, 20% osób zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu KC) miasta średnie. Liczebność i specyfika grypy docelowej uwzględniają potencjał finansowy i organizacyjny wnioskodawcy. Projekt zapewnia możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom projektów z zakresu włączenia społecznego realizowanych w ramach celu tematycznego 9 w RPO.Celem głównym projektu są wyższe możliwości zatrudnieniowe 100 osób (60 K i 40 M) uczestniczących w projekcie, uzyskane poprzez ich udział w indywidualnych programach aktywizacji zawodowej, realizowanych w okresie trwania projektu, tj. 01.01.2019 - 31.10.2019 r.Rezultaty:- Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 80%;- minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby zniepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) - 39 %;- minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - 54 %.Zadania:1.
