The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of social assistance and social work services to GOPS customers.The project will be supported by a GOPS in Kęty and by its staff.Execution of tasks such as:the development of a procedure for the implementation of a change in the functioning of the GDOPs, the implementation in GDP of a new model for the performance of the unit, the implementation of social work and social services will contribute to the objective of achieving the objective of implementing organisational improvements by separating the administrative work from social work and social services between 1.05.2019 and 31.05.2020.It is planned that the GOPS structure will be distinguished: (1) first contact position 2. (2) Social Work Team (3.) Social Work Team — 3. (3) Services — 2 Personam. 4). this will improve the handling of applicants in order to overcome difficult living conditions, as well as a change of the Centre’s image in the local community.According to the project, in addition to the social work and financial support provided by the Decision, family workers will be subject to preventive services such as:family assistant services, work with family including consultancy and specialised counselling and others.In addition, the project envisages carrying out a workshop preparing the employees of the GOPS, including the management of the changes and partial equipping of 7 employees with a view to improving the quality and effectiveness of the work, including the possibility of implementing the activities assigned to certain posts. GMINA KĘTY/GMINNY OŚRODEK POMOCY SPOLECZNEJ W KĘTACH

Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości realizacji usług pomocy społecznej oraz pracy socjalnej na rzecz klientów GOPS w Kętach. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty będzie GOPS w Kętach oraz jego pracownicy. Realizacja takich zadań jak: opracowanie procedury wdrożenia zmiany funkcjonowania GOPS w Kętach, wdrożenie w GOPS nowego modelu funkcjonowania jednostki, realizacja pracy socjalnej i usług socjalnych przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu głównego jakim jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej i usług socjalnych w okresie od 1.05.2019r. do 31.05.2020r. Planuje się, iż w strukturze GOPS w Kętach zostaną wyodrębnione:1) Stanowisko ds. pierwszego kontaktu 2 osoby2) Zespół ds. pracy socjalnej - 3 osoby3) Stanowisko ds. usług - 2 osoby4) Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją - 3 osobyDzięki temu nastąpi poprawa obsługi osób zgłaszających się po pomoc w przezwyciężeniu trudnej sytuacji życiowej, jak też zmiana wizerunku Ośrodka w społeczności lokalnej. Zgodnie z założeniami projektu poza pracą socjalną i wsparciem finansowym pracownika ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją, rodziny zostaną objęte usługami profilaktycznymi takimi jak: usługi asystenta rodziny, praca z rodziną, w tym m.in. konsultacje i poradnictwo specjalistyczne i inne. Ponadto w ramach projektu przewidywane jest przeprowadzenie warsztatów przygotowujących pracowników GOPS, w tym kadry zarządzającej do wprowadzanych zmian oraz częściowe wyposażenie stanowisk pracy 7 pracowników w celu podniesienia ich jakości i efektywności pracy, w tym umożliwienie realizacji działań przypisanych dla określonych stanowisk pracy.
