Celem gł. projektu jest poprawa szans na znalezienie pracy 112 os. (48k/64m) w wieku 21-29 lat, w tym niepełnosprawnych, bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzieży NEET, niezarejestrowanej w urzędach pracy (100% UP stanowią os.długotrwale bezr. niezarejestr. w urzędach pr.-kryt. prem. nr 6), z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 (kryt. dost.), które zamieszkują na terenie woj. śląskiego w roz. przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego (kryt. dost.) w okresie od 01.03.2018 r. do 31.12.2019 r.Gr. docelowa: 112 os.
