CEL: Zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy 120 osób (72K,48M) w wieku 15-29lat, w tym niepełnosprawnych zamieszkałych na terenie woj.śląskiego, bez pracy (100 osób biernych zawodowo i 20 osób bezrobotnych, w tym 9 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych), nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET), nie zarejestrowanych w powiatowych urzędach pracy w okresie 1.01.2017-31.03.2018 r. Grupą docelową projektu (GD) jest 120 (72K/48M) osób młodych, w tym niepełnosprawnych w wieku 15-29 lat bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu-tzw. młodzież NEET, niezarejestrowanych w powiatowych urzędach pracy, z terenu woj. śląskiego (WŚ) tj zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC obszar WŚ, w okresie 1.01.2017-31.08.2018r., z wyłączeniem GD określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 PO WER. Niniejszy proj. zakłada aktywiz. zaw.-edukac. 120 os. w wieku 15-29lat (72K,48M), obejmującą: 1. Identyfikację potrzeb i diagnozowanie możliwości w zakr. doskonalenia zawod.wraz z opracowaniem IPD 2. Grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe 3. Pośrednictwo pracy dostepne w sposó ciągły 4. Nabywanie, podwyższanie lub dostosowywanie kompetencji i kwalifik. m.in. poprzez wysokiej jakości szkolenia kończące się egz. i wydaniem certyfikatu potwierdzającego nabyte kwalifikacje 5. Nabycie lub uzupełnienie doświad. zawod. poprzez 5 m-czne staże, spełniające standardy wskazane w Europejskiej Ramie Jakości Praktyk i Staży Realizacja wsparcia zwiększy możliwość uczestników do podjęcia pracy i w konsekwencji doprowadzi do zatrudn.: min. 35% długotrwale bezrob. uczestników, min. 48% uczestników o niskich kwalifik.
