Cel ogólny projektu: Działania pobudzające os. młode do pracy, samodzielności i odpowiedzialności za swój rozwój edukacyjno - zawodowy, a także aktywizacja zawodowa oraz dążenie do poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy oraz zwiększenia możliwości zatrudnienia 60 młodych OzN ze znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniem niepełnosprawności, w przedziale wiekowym od 20 do 29 roku życia (32K i 28M), zamieszkałych na terenie Województwa Pomorskiego, biernych zawodowo, nie pracujących, nie uczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu, należących do grupy NEET, przyczyniające się do zdobycia przez min. 17% uczestników zatrudnienia (min. 11 ON z 60 UP) w okresie od 01.01.2017 do 30.06.2018. Grupa docelowa: UP będą 60 OzN z umiarkowanym lub znacznym stopniem niepełnosprawności (32K i 28M), zam. na terenie woj. pomorskiego, bierne zawodowo, w wieku 20-29 lat, bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu - tzw. młodzież NEET, zgodnie z def. os. z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020 z wyłączeniem osób określonych jako grupa docelowa dla trybu konkursowego w Działaniu 1.3/Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 PO WER. W tej grupie: ? 32K i 28M 100% UP to OzN ze znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniem niepełnosprawności, w wieku 20 - 29 lat, bierne zawodowo, zamieszkałe na terenie woj. pomorskiego Główne zadania i rezultaty: ? Dobór UP zmot. do wzięcia udz. w projekcie oraz posiad. kompet. i umiejętn., które zwiększą szansę na podj. zatrudn. (odp. zapotrzeb. na lok./reg. RP) ? Zapewnienie Ind.
