Uczestnikami projektu będzie 136 osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat, bez zatrudnienia - wyłącznie niezarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu, zam. w woj. lubelskim. Min. 80% będą stanowić osoby bierne zawodowo, 10% długotrwale bezrobotne, a 30% osoby niepełnosprawne. Z udziału w projekcie wyłączone będą osoby kwalifikujące się do grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w Poddziałaniu 1.3.1 PO WER. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost w terminie 1.02.2017-31.07.2018 potencjału zawodowego u minimum 90% UPprzez działania podnoszące kompetencje indywidualne, interpersonalne i psychospołeczne, doświadczenie zawodowe, kwalifikacje zawodowe, umiejętności zarządzania karierą zawodową i poszukiwania pracy - wybrane i zastosowane stosownie do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb i wytyczonej ścieżki rozwoju edukacyjnego i zawodowego, poparte pośrednictwem pracy. Działania projektu obejmują identyfikację potrzeb wraz z IPD, szkolenia zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy i staże zawodowe. Wskaźniki projektu: Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-77 Liczba osób biernych zawodowo, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, objętych wsparciem w programie-110 Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) objętych wsparciem w programie-26 Liczba osób długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w programie-14 (Polish)
