Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie inowrocławskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: co najmniej 43% wśród osób uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych; co najmniej 17% wśród osób z niepełnosprawnościami; co najmniej 35% wśród osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; co najmniej 48% wśród osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). (Polish)
