The main objective of the project is to increase the professional competitiveness of the 250 participants in the project in Podkarpackie Province by equipping them with professional qualifications corresponding to the needs of the labour market until 30.06.2021. for the specific purposes they should include: — the acquisition of a professional qualification or competence by 250 participants up to 30.06.2021, the acquisition of active mobility in the labour market by 250 participants until 30.06.2021, core indicators: -Number of persons below 30 years of age who have increased knowledge of mobility after the labour market — 27 % -Number of persons who have increased knowledge of mobility after the labour market — 244-number of people with disabilities aged 15-29 years from the following target groups: — the ‘working poor’, -persons employed under short-term contracts, -persons who come out of agriculture and their family and occupation within the framework of civil law contracts as defined in the Guidelines for implementation of projects with ESF measures in the area of the labour market 140-2020 excluding the group specified for the competitive procedure under sub-measure 1.3.1.Project participants will be resident in the area of the Podkarpackie region (within the meaning of the Civil Code).The project shall be aimed at at least 50 % for the receivers.(within the meaning of the Civil Code), medium-sized cities in this city that lose their social and economic functions.At least 20 % of participants will have a low level of qualification or disability (ON).. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności zawodowej 250 uczestników projektu z terenu woj. podkarpackiego poprzez wyposażenie ich w kwalifikacje zawodowe odpowiadające potrzebom rynku pracy do 30.06.2021 r.Do celów szczegółowych należy zaliczyć:- zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych lub kompetencji przez 250 uczestników do 30.06.2021r,- zdobycie umiejętności aktywnego poruszania się po rynku pracy przez 250 uczestników do 30.06.2021r.,Główne wskaźniki:-Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu -140-Kryterium efektywności zawodowej w przypadku osób pracujących - 27%-Liczba osób, które podniosły wiedzę z zakresu poruszania się po rynku pracy -244Grupę docelową projektu zgodnie z SzOOP PO WER stanowią osoby młode, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku 15-29 lat z następujących grup docelowych:-tzw. ubodzy pracujący,-osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych ,-osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny oraz-pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych zgodnie z definicjami zwartymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020 z wyłączeniem grupy określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1. Uczestnicy projektu będą zamieszkiwali na terenie woj. podkarpackiego (WP) (w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego). Projekt jest skierowany w co najmniej 50% do osób zam. (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego) miasta średnie w tym miasta tracące funkcjespołeczno-gospodarcze. Co najmniej 20% uczestników będzie posiadało niskie kwalifikacje lub status osoby niepełnosprawnej (ON)..Zadania:1. Poradnictwo zawodowe2. Szkolenia zawodowe (Polish)
