Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możiwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie poznańskim i mieście Poznań. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 341 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP oraz 110 osób w ramach samozatrudnienia, w wyniku udzielonych w ramach projektu jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawianie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
