Within the framework of this project, the MARTOM Sp. z o.o. is planning the following activities linked to the recommendations set out in the approved design strategy:(a) the introduction of product innovations adapted to the needs of the market and users, i.e. the metal doors of the external metal doors 72 Artic Fulss and the metal door 90 Passive Fullders.The products will be implemented in the above-mentioned products, implemented as recommended in the design strategy, along the lines of the model of the FullPs collection (consisting, inter alia, of any glazing, multi-adaptability of the surface, dlit and 3D cladding, door inkbutts) and will be applied (not yet used in the firm) to produce doors with a completely new design and colour. (b) changes in processes, i.e. the introduction of process innovations;changes in the organisational structure, i.e. the introduction of organisational innovation;(D) image change — implementation of marketing innovation (including the use of modern communication tools such as SEO (positioning of websites, optimisation of headings, titles of sub-sites, saturation of key elements, correct keyword selection, optimisation of the website), social media (Google AdWords, Linkedin), offline communication (online marketing);The implementation of project activities (for the period 01.07.2019-31.12.2020) will enable the firm to establish, within its own established, informed, rational course of action (including development in the field of design).Thanks to the project, the company has the chance to modernise its product offer and the products implemented will be able to respond to the identified needs of the recipients;in addition, it is likely that in the future it will be a pillar of its activities.     PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO WIELOBRANŻOWE "MAR-TOM" SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

    W ramach niniejszego projektu, Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe „MAR-TOM” Sp. z o.o., planuje następujące, powiązane z rekomendacjami wskazanymi w zatwierdzonej Strategii Wzorniczej, działania: a) wprowadzenie innowacji produktowych dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku i użytkowników, tj. metalowych drzwi zewnętrznych 72 Arktic FullPers oraz metalowych drzwi zewnętrznych 90 Passive FullPers. W ww. produktach, zaimplementowane będą rekomendowane w Strategii Wzorniczej, innowacje wzornicze, tj. wzornicze założenia kolekcji FullPers (polegające m.in. na dowolnym kształcie przeszklenia, multi-możliwości adaptacji powierzchni, doświetla i okładziny 3D, inkrustacji powierzchni drzwi) oraz zastosowana będzie (nie stosowana dotychczas w firmie) ościeżnica aluminiowa, pozwalająca produkować drzwi o zupełnie nowym designie i kolorystyce. b) zmiany w zakresie procesów, tj. wprowadzenie innowacji procesowej; c) zmiany w strukturze organizacyjnej, tj. wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej; d) zmiany wizerunkowe – wdrożenie innowacji marketingowej (m.in. wykorzystanie nowoczesnych narzędzi przekazu, takich jak SEO (pozycjonowanie stropy www, optymalizacja nagłówków, tytułów podstron, nasycenie treści frazami kluczowymi, właściwy dobór słów kluczowych, optymalizacja szybkości działania witryny), social media (Google AdWords, Linkedin), komunikacja offline (event marketing)); Realizacja działań projektowych (w okresie 01.07.2019 – 31.12.2020) pozwoli firmie na wytyczenie we własnej działalności ustalonego, przemyślanego, racjonalnego kierunku dalszego rozwoju (w tym rozwoju w zakresie wzornictwa). Dzięki realizacji projektu, firma ma szansę unowocześnić swoją ofertę produktową, a wdrożone produkty, będą w stanie zaspokoić zdiagnozowane potrzeby odbiorców; ponadto, z dużym prawdopodobieństwem staną się w przyszłości filarem jej działalności.
