The key task of this project will be to implement the assumptions resulting from the recommendations of the experts contained in the adopted design strategy in the framework of Measure 1.4 on competition — the first stage in the PROMATIC SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA SPÓŁKA KOMUNIA, hereinafter referred to as ‘PROMATIK’.The stages of the innovation process in the project:I — Preparation for the implementation of organisational innovation, product, process and marketing (10 months).II — Implementation of organisational innovation, product, process and marketing (8 months).A breakdown of the work carried out according to the stages adopted:1.Redefinition and restructuring of the organisational structure of PROMATIK, implementation of new organisational schemes involving the production of copyright, innovative product, strengthening of the role of design in the structure of the firm by establishing cooperation with industrial design, the introduction of Project Manager and Design Manager posts, the development of procedures for enhancing quality, intuition, comfort for the use of produced unit products on a fee or contract basis and the creation of their own intellectual capacity and the team responsible for the implementation of the new product (project management).2.The creation of an innovative product, a scalable generic factory casing — Industrial, hereinafter ‘SUZ-I’, and the construction of a sustainable product’s identity, preparation for the creation of new own product brands.In addition, to develop the concept of a new product, design, build a prototype of an industrial bottle with scalable parameters.The product to be implemented will be considered at the level of innovation at the level of the company.3.Implementation of process innovation — modern production technology (new production), development of technological operations, taking into account the launching of a new generation of welding.4.A thorough overhaul of the current marketing programme of PROMATIK.     Kluczowym zadaniem przedmiotowego projektu będzie wdrożenie założeń wynikających z rekomendacji ekspertów zawartych w przyjętej Strategii Wzorniczej w ramach działania 1.4 Wzór na konkurencję - I etap w firmie PROMATIK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, zwana dalej "PROMATIK". Etapy procesu innowacyjnego w projekcie: I - Przygotowanie do wdrożenia innowacji organizacyjnej, produktowej, procesowej i marketingowej (10 miesięcy). II - Wdrożenie innowacji organizacyjnej, produktowej, procesowej i marketingowej (8 miesięcy). Podział prac według przyjętych etapów: 1. Redefiniowanie i przebudowa struktury organizacyjnej w firmie PROMATIK, wdrożenie nowych schematów organizacyjnych uwzględniających produkcję autorskiego, innowacyjnego produktu, wzmocnienie roli wzornictwa w strukturze firmy poprzez nawiązanie współpracy z projektantami wzornictwa przemysłowego, wprowadzenie stanowisk Project Manager oraz Design Manager, opracowanie procedur podnoszących i standaryzujących jakość, intuicyjność, komfort użytkowania produkowanych wyrobów jednostkowych na zlecenie, a także tworzenie własnego potencjału intelektualnego oraz uzupełnienie kompetencji zespołu odpowiedzialnego za wdrożenie nowego produktu (zarządzanie projektami). 2. Stworzenie innowacyjnego produktu - Skalowalnej Uniwersalnej Zgrzewarki Przemysłowej - Industrial, zwanej dalej SUZ-I oraz budowa trwałej tożsamości produktowej, przygotowanie do kreacji nowych własnych marek produktowych. Ponadto opracowanie koncepcji nowego produktu, zaprojektowanie, zbudowanie prototypu zgrzewarki przemysłowej o skalowalnych parametrach. Wdrażany produkt będzie rozpatrywana na poziomie innowacji w skali firmy. 3. Wdrożenie innowacji procesowej - nowoczesnej technologii produkcji (nowego sposobu produkcji), opracowanie przebiegu operacji technologicznych z uwzględnieniem uruchomienia produkcji zgrzewarki nowej generacji. 4.
