The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people up to the age of 29 in a rural district.The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2017 to 30.06.2018.The project participants will be 150 people (90 women and 60 men).These will be young people aged 18-29, unemployed, registered in the PUP, as well as the unemployed, eligible for aid profiles (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or second aid profiles that do not participate in education and training (NEETs).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments that have been targeted by the Employment Promotion Act and the Labour Market Institutions Act.The project involves the following employment performance indicators:— the overall employment performance ratio for participants not qualifying for any of the following target groups — at least 38 %, — at least 12 % for persons with disabilities — at least 30 % for the long-term unemployed — at least 43 % for the low-skilled. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie oleckim. Projekt realizowanybędzie w okresie od 01.01.2017r. do 30.06.2018r. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 150 osób (90 kobiety i 60 mężczyzn). Będą to osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat, bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP Olecko jakoosoby bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia), które nie uczestniczą wkształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji iproblemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowaw ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada następujące wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - co najmniej 38%, - dla osób niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 12%, - dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - co najmniej 30%, - dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 43%.
