Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniż 30rż pozostających bez pracy w pow. poznańskim i mieście Poznań. Gł.rezultatem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrud. przez min 88 os zarejestrowanych w PUP z gr os w najtrudniejszej syt., 307 os z pozostałej gr os biorącychudział w proj. (bez os które otrzymają jednorazowo środki na podj. działalności gospod. (327 os)) oraz 327 os w ramach samozatrudnienia w wyniku udzielonych jednorazowych środ.na rozp. działalności gospod. W ramach proj. zapewnia się możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia byłym uczestnikom proj. z zakresuwłączenia społecznego realizow. w ramach celu tematycznego 9 w RPO Urząd podejmie współpracę w tym zakresie z działającymi na obszarze realizacji proj. instytucjami pomocy i integracji społ. W ramach proj. wsparciem obj. zostaną os poniż 30rż zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach proj. dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawod. poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestnika. Na tej podst.PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty r. pracy, o kt. mowa w ust o promocji zatrudnienia i instyt. rynku pracy. W przypadku zad. Szkolenia zawod. nie ma możliwości przyjęcia jednakowych kosztów na osobę w r. 2019 i 2020. Wynika to z założenia innej l. osób skier. na to zad. w tych latach co jest konsekwencją otrzymania wyższej kwoty na realizację proj. w roku 2020 a w tym konieczności skierow. większej liczby os do proj. oraz zrealizowania wskaźnika uzyskania kwalifikacji przez co najmniej 30 % uczestników proj. Na realiz. zad. szkol. zawodowe wchodzą: koszty szkoleń, stypendiów szkol., badań lekarskich i dojazdów.W ramach zad. Staże w 2019 zaplanowano 6 miesięczne staże dla 180 os, a w 2020 staże 6 m-czne dla 180 os. Łącznie w zad. weźmie udział 360 os.
