The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county.The main result of the project will be the employment of a minimum of 130 participants 80K and 50M.The project will support persons under 30 years of age falling under the first or second categories of aid not in education or training (NEETs).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, suitability and professional problems.On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Starachowice will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project will include assistance to build work experience, active job search, upskilling of the profession and to increase spatial mobility.At the end of the project, we shall envisage achieving an employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any target group of at least 43 %, for persons with disabilities of at least 17 %, for the long-term unemployed at a minimum of 35 % and for low-skilled people of at least 48 %. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starachowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 130 uczestników 80K i 50M. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I lub II profilu pomocy , które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu lub szkoleniu ( tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej ofert aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Starachowicach realizaować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Działania w projekcie obejmą pomoc w zdobyciu doświadczenia zawodowego, aktywnym poszukiwaniu pracy, podnoszeniu kwalifikacji zawodowych, a także zwiększeniu mobilności przestrzennej. Na koniec projektu przewidujemy osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z grup docelowych na poziomie co najmniej 43%,dla osób niepełnosprawnych na poziomie co najmniej 17%,dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 35% a dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 48%.
