The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the SAR district.The main result of the project will be the employment of 42 % of the number of people leaving the project, the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, those with low qualifications (to ISCED level 3), immigrants, reemigranci) and 57 % of the end persons who do not belong to the vulnerable group registered in the PUP Sandok.In the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, suitability and professional problems.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sanockim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 42 % osób kończących udział w projekcie, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci) oraz 57% osób kończących udział w projekcie, które nie należą do grupy osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, zarejestrowanych w PUP Sanok.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. (Polish)
