The project consists of the implementation of recommendations contained in the approved design by the PARP of a design strategy developed under Phase I, i.e. the completion of actions that will result in the introduction of innovation on the market.Scope of actions recommended (detailed description under sectionVIII of the proposal) shall include:The purchase of fixed assets and advisory services for the purpose of implementing product innovations, and the purchase of advisory services for the purpose of introducing changes to design and marketing and organisational innovation.The scope of the actions stems from the need to address design problems identified during the audit, including:— The need to improve visual identity and graphic material and carry out branding works, make visual communication more coherent on products, build up, define and merge the colour coding of products, advertising materials and the logo itself, — develop consistent guidelines on the characteristics common to all devices and contacts — gradually eliminate analogue interfaces in the devices on offer, — lack of satisfactory flat surface finish, — lack of a dedicated mix of the largest actors planned in the project result from the recommendation and coincide with the firm’s vision of development and the scope of the recommendation is explained in detail in the design strategy.     Projekt polega na wdrożeniu rekomendacji zawartych w zatwierdzonej przez PARP strategii wzorniczej opracowanej w ramach Etapu I tj. przeprowadzeniu działań, których końcowym rezultatem będzie wprowadzenie na rynek innowacji. Zakres działań rekomendowanych (szczegółowy opis w cz. VIII wniosku) obejmuje: -zakup środków trwałych i usług doradczych w celu wprowadzenia innowacji produktowych, -zakup usług doradczych w celu wprowadzenia zmian wzorniczych oraz innowacji marketingowej i organizacyjnej. Zakres działań wynika z konieczności rozwiązania zdefiniowanych w trakcie audytu problemów wzorniczych m.in.: - konieczność poprawy jakości identyfikacji wizualnej i materiałów graficznych oraz przeprowadzenie prac brandingowych, - uspójnienie komunikacji wizualnej na produktach, - zbudowanie, określenie i scalenia kodu kolorystycznego produktów, materiałów reklamowych i samego logotypu, - opracowanie spójnych wytycznych dotyczących cech wspólnych dla wszystkich urządzeń i stylistyki linii produktowych, - stopniowe eliminowanie analogowych interfejsów w oferowanych urządzeniach, - brak satysfakcjonującego wykończenia powierzchni płaskich, - brak asortymentu dedykowanego największym podmiotom Zaplanowane w projekcie działania wynikają z rekomendacji i są zbieżne z wizją rozwoju firmy a zakres rekomendacji szczegółowo uzasadniono w Strategii Wzorniczej.
