The aim of the project is to ensure and maintain at the appropriate level the human resources of the Ministry of Justice carrying out the tasks within the framework of the financial perspective 2014-2020.The project will finance the personnel costs of staff involved in carrying out the responsibilities of the Implementing Authority Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development Action 2.17.Effective justice.The above-mentioned tasks relate to the preparation, implementation, monitoring, control and information and promotion of POWER.The components of the remuneration foreseen for the financing of the project will be, inter alia:basic pay, length-of-service allowance, employer’s social security contributions, contribution to the Labour Fund, contribution to the Employee Benefits Guarantee Fund, discretionary awards as provided for in the Rules of Procedure of the Institution, paid sick pay by the employer, bonus allowances.     Celem projektu jest zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów ludzkich w Ministerstwie Sprawiedliwości wykonujących zadania w ramach perspektywy finansowej 2014-2020. W ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty osobowe pracowników zaangażowanych w pełnienie obowiązków Instytucji Wdrażającej Program Operacyjny Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój Działanie 2.17. Skuteczny wymiar sprawiedliwości. Wyżej wymienione zadania dotyczą przygotowania, wdrażania, monitoringu, kontroli oraz informacji i promocji POWER. Składnikami wynagrodzenia przewidzianymi do finansowania projektu będą m.in.: płaca zasadnicza, dodatek stażowy, składniki na ubezpieczenia społeczne płacone przez pracodawcę, składka na Fundusz Pracy, składka na Fundusz Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych, nagrody uznaniowe przewidziane w regulaminie Instytucji, wynagrodzenie chorobowe płacone przez pracodawcę, dodatki zadaniowe.
