W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wdroży działania wynikające z modelu biznesowego opracowanego przez firmę doradczą Export Group Sp. z o.o., w dniach 08.08.2018-29.08.2018r. W tym czasie doszło do spotkań przedstawicieli obu firm w celu przedstawienia działalności firmy GLERCO i prezentacji jej usług. Firma doradcza przeprowadziła wywiady, które później posłużyły do przeprowadzenia odpowiednich analiz i opracowania rekomendacji. Podczas prac nad stworzeniem modelu biznesowego firma doradcza poddała analizie oraz określiła usługi – aranżacja przestrzeni firmowych ze specjalizowanymi elementami - które posiadają duży potencjał w zakresie internacjonalizacji. Określiła także kierunki działalności eksportowej – rynek niemiecki oraz hiszpański, które stwarzają najlepsze perspektywy rozwojowe. W ramach wdrażania modelu biznesowego zostaną zrealizowane następujące zadania: Zaprojektowanie marki, logotypu i identyfikacji wizualnej na rynki zagraniczne; Stworzenie strony internetowej wraz z tłumaczeniami na rynek niemiecki i hiszpański; Wyszukanie i wyselekcjonowanie potencjalnych klientów, a następnie nawiązanie kontaktów z partnerami w Niemczech i w Hiszpanii; Badanie marketingowe rynku niemieckiego i hiszpańskiego w celu przygotowania oferty; Przygotowanie planu szczegółowej kampanii promocyjnej, zaprojektowania materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych na rynek niemiecki i hiszpański; Udział w targach Spoga Gafa Cologne 2019 w Niemczech; Misja do Hiszpanii.
