The project is part of Action 2.3 Digital availability and utility of public sector information, Sub-action 2.3.1 Digital availability of public sector information from administrative sources and scientific resources, OP PC.Its implementation shall contribute to the achievement of the objectives set out in detail 4.The digital availability and utility of public sector information.The main aim of the project is to fill the gap in access to public information by expanding and expanding the catalogue of IT services offered by the Reposition UJ.The project contributes to addressing the problems caused by the lack of:the efficiency of the process of making available scientific resources, the functionality of the current use of public sector information systems, the adaptation of the system to the possibilities of modern technology.As a result, the project will be set up with an Open Access Repository in which 96 documents containing information from the public sector will be placed in the public sector, including 5,8 digitised.They are expected to be collected at a total amount of at least 192 times.1 API will be made available for the project to target groups:University staff and external stakeholders UJ from Poland and the rest of the world, students and doctoral candidates, post-graduate students and participants in courses organised by universities, candidates for studies in the UJ, external stakeholders (including regulatory and evaluation bodies).The following tasks will be carried out as part of the implementation of the project:the development of digital processing facilities, the digitisation and making available of resources and systemic tools for digital processing, the digitisation and making available of resources, digital processing and the digitisation of resources, the adaptation of resources to the needs of persons with disabilities, project promotion, training and legal advice, and the cost of preparing the project for implementation.     Projekt wpisuje się w Działanie 2.3 Cyfrowa dostępność i użyteczność informacji sektora publicznego, Poddziałanie 2.3.1 Cyfrowe udostępnienie informacji sektora publicznego ze źródeł administracyjnych i zasobów nauki, PO PC. Jego realizacja przyczynia się do wypełnienia założeń określ. w celu szczegółowym 4. Cyfrowa dostępność i użyteczność informacji sektora publicznego. Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest wypełnienie luki powstałej w dostępie do informacji publicznej poprzez rozbudowę i zwiększenie katalogu usług informatycznych oferowanych przez Repozytorium UJ. Realizacja projektu przyczynia się do rozwiązywania problemów wynikających z niewystarczającej: efektywności procesów udostępniania zasobów nauki, funkcjonalności obecnie wykorzyst. systemów prezentacji informacji sektora publ., dostosowania systemu do możliwości współczesnych technologii. W efekcie realizacji projektu utworzone zostanie Repozytorium zgodne z zasadami Open Access w którym umieszczonych zostanie 96 tys. dokumentów zawierających informacje sektora publ. w tym 5,8 tys. zdigitalizowanych. Przewiduje się, że zostaną one pobrane w sumie min. 192 tys. razy. Udostępnione zostanie 1 API Projekt skierowany jest do grup docelowych: pracownicy uczelni oraz interesariusze zewnętrzni UJ z Polski i zagranicy, studenci oraz doktoranci uczelni, słuchacze studiów podyplomowych oraz uczestnicy kursów organizowanych przez uczelnie, kandydaci na studia w UJ, interesariusze zewnętrzni (w tym instytucje nadzorujące i dokonujące ewaluacji). W ramach realizacji projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: przygotowanie infrastruktury służącej do przetwarzania cyfrowego, digitalizacji i udostępniania zasobów oraz narzędzi systemowych do przetwarzania cyfrowego, digitalizacji i udostępniania zasobów, przetworzenie cyfrowe oraz digitalizacja zasobów, dostosowanie zasobów dla potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, promocja projektu, szkolenia oraz doradztwo prawne, pośrednie oraz koszty przygotowania projektu do realizacji.
