The project will consist of the implementation of a business internationalisation model, providing a comprehensive analysis of the possibility of expanding export activities to new markets.The products of GOLDBALUX Sp. z o.o. enjoy a particular recognition of customers in Poland.The company is constantly working on the development of the sales network, engaging with potential distributors in both Poland and abroad.The overall objective of the project is therefore to increase the share of exports to European markets, in particular French and Swedish.The project is designed to familiarise the potential trading partners in the French and Swedish markets with the company’s brand name and offer, including:1.Advisory services for searches, selections, contacts with foreign partners in France and Sweden.2.Advisory services for the preparation of the product to the needs of the target market (including, but not limited to, the marketing study on the target market).3.Advisory services for the construction of distribution channels and channels of care for the formal and legal way to enter the foreign market and the preparation of a detailed promotional campaign plan, design of advertising and promotional materials, websites on the French and Swedish markets.4.Participation in international trade fairs by allowing the Applicant to present the designs of its own products for commercial transactions.5.Purchase of software necessary for the management of the company (procurement and performance of contracts, manufacturing processes, logistics, and purchase of raw materials, their storage and clearing).The model is based on a thorough analysis of the customer’s business, the sales process, the suppliers and the distributors of the market and the competition. the model requires meetings and a continuous consultation with the client.Project implementation period 15 months (01.01.2020-31.03.2021).     Projekt polegał będzie na wdrożeniu modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji działalności, przedstawiającego kompleksową analizę możliwości rozszerzenia działalności eksportowej o nowe rynki zbytu. Produkty firmy GOLBALUX Sp. z o.o. cieszą się szczególnym uznaniem klientów w Polsce. Firma stale pracuje nad rozwojem sieci sprzedaży, prowadząc rozmowy z potencjalnymi dystrybutorami zarówno w Polsce, jak i poza jej granicami. Ogólnym celem projektu jest więc zwiększenie udziału eksportu na rynki europejskie, w szczególności francuski i szwedzki. W ramach projektu zaplanowano działania zmierzające do zapoznania potencjalnych partnerów handlowych na rynku francuskim i szwedzkim z marką firmy oraz jej ofertą, m.in.: 1.Usługi doradcze w zakresie wyszukiwania, selekcji, nawiązania kontaktów z partnerami zagranicznymi na terenie Francji i Szwecji. 2.Usługi doradcze w zakresie przygotowania produktu do potrzeb rynku docelowego (w tym m.in. badanie marketingowe na rynku docelowym) 3.Usługi doradcze w zakresie budowy kanałów dystrybucji i kanałów obsługi otoczenia formalno-prawnego umożliwiającego wejście na dany rynek zagraniczny oraz przygotowania planu szczegółowej kampanii promocyjnej, projektowania materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych, stron internetowych na rynek francuski i szwedzki. 4.Udział w międzynarodowych targach branżowych umożliwiając Wnioskodawcy zaprezentowanie wzorów własnych produktów w celu dokonania transakcji handlowych. 5.Zakup oprogramowania niezbędnego do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem(procesami składania i realizacji zamówień, procesami produkcyjnymi, logistycznymi, a także zakupu surowców, ich magazynowania i rozliczania). Opr. modelu bazuje na wnikliwej analizie:-działalności Klienta -procesów sprzedaży-strategii pod kątem internacjonalizacji-dostawców i dystrybutorów-rynku i konkurencji.Opr. modelu wymaga spotkań i stałej konsultacji z Klientem.
