EFFECTS AND PRODUCTS.The project consists of building a modern knowledge management and scientific capacity portal for the Jagiellonian Medical College (UJ CM) and the inclusion of a portal on the Polish Medical Platform (PPM) (PPM was funded under the second call for applications — 2.3.1.AFTER PC).Ppm consolidates the scientific resources currently available for 7 Polish medical universities and the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź.The integration of the Kraków Centre into the co-establishment of the PPM will be an important contribution to strengthening cooperation in the implementation of this project and the increasing outcomes of PPM on a number of levels.In total, the visibility of Polish medicine’s achievements will improve significantly, networking activities will be facilitated, collaboration between research centres and entrepreneurs will be facilitated.By providing consolidated information on a single platform, it will be possible to produce reports and analyses supporting decision-making and application for grants.The project aims to increase the availability of UJ CM learning resources by depositing them on servers in electronic form and metadata, as well as providing access to the Polish Medical Platform, in machine-readable formats.TASKS OF THE PROJECT:Z1:Preparation of application documentation.Z2:The preparation of the IT infrastructure and the implementation of the system in UJ CM.Z3:The preparation of the resources for introduction into the system, the introduction and the making available of resources.Z4:The activation of the system within the PPM.Z5:Project promotion and user training.The project will also incur indirect costs.THE TARGET GROUPS OF THE PROJECT:Scientific and administrative staff.Doctoral students.Editors of scientific journals.Individual users (representatives of socio-economic background including:public health professionals, staff of research laboratories, designers of rehabilitation devices, research equipment, pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, etc.). EFEKTY I PRODUKTY. Projekt polega na budowie nowoczesnego portalu zarządzania wiedzą i potencjałem naukowym Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego - Collegium Medicum (UJ CM) i włączeniu portalu na Polską Platformę Medyczną (PPM) (PPM została dofinansowana w ramach II naboru wniosku - 2.3.1. PO PC). PPM konsoliduje obecnie zasoby naukowe 7 polskich uczelni medycznych oraz Instytutu Medycyny Pracy w Łodzi. Włączenie ośrodka krakowskiego we współtworzenie PPM będzie ważnym wkładem wzmacniającym współpracę przy realizacji tego przedsięwzięcia i powiększającym rezultaty PPM na wielu płaszczyznach. Łącznie, znacząco poprawi się widoczność osiągnięć polskiej medycyny na świecie, ułatwione będzie nawiązywanie kontaktów naukowych, podejmowanie współpracy pomiędzy ośrodkami badawczymi i przedsiębiorcami. Dzięki informacjom skonsolidowanym na jednej platformie, możliwe będzie tworzenie raportów i analiz wspierających procesy decyzyjne i aplikowanie o granty. CELEM projektu zwiększenie dostępności zasobów nauki UJ CM poprzez ich zdeponowanie na serwerach projektowych w postaci elektronicznej i opatrzenie metadanymi, a także udostępnienie w ramach Polskiej Platformy Medycznej , w formatach dostosowanych do przetwarzania maszynowego. ZADANIA PROJEKTU: Z1: Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej. Z2: Przygotowanie infrastruktury informatycznej i implementacja systemu w UJ CM. Z3: Przygotowanie zasobów do wprowadzenia do systemu, wprowadzenie i udostępnianie zasobów. Z4: Uruchomienie systemu w ramach PPM. Z5: Promocja projektu i szkolenie użytkowników. W ramach projektu będą ponoszone również koszty pośrednie. GRUPY DOCELOWE PROJEKTU: Pracownicy naukowi i administracyjni. Doktoranci. Redakcje czasopism naukowych. Użytkownicy indywidualni (przedstawiciele otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego, w tym: specjaliści z zakresu zdrowia publicznego, pracownicy laboratoriów badawczych, projektanci urządzeń rehabilitacyjnych, aparatury badawczej, firmy farmaceutyczne, biotechnologiczne, itp.).
