Main objective:Improve the quality of the completion of the public service mission in the field of education through the provision of open format learning resources free of charge (which is in line with the objectives of sub-measure 2.3.1 of the OPDP) by 30.04.2021.Intermediate targets:To empower the IPU as a centre specialising in developing new treatments and for the rehabilitation of people with mental and neurological disorders in the country and abroad as a result of the research data available.To leverage the resources to build the digital workforce and thus enhance the creation of digital copies of the resources held by the IPMFS, and the digital copy of stocks held by the IPMFS, Protection of the value of the MIPHSI resources.Increasing access to resources for people with disabilities.Tasks: 1.Project management and quality control 2.Purchase and extension of IT infrastructure, preparation of premises, staff training 3.Archive 4.The creation of a database for the release of resources 5.Digitisation of resources 6.Project promotion.Target groups: higher education institutions, scientific bodies, medical centres, entrepreneurs developing innovative medical technologies and developing new medicines, health NGOs, students of medical doctoral careers, researchers and researchers, doctors, journalists, individual consumers.The project will result in 1 databases of digitised and digitised scientific resources (69 476, 3.2 TB), which, thanks to the availability of digitised resources, will be characterised by very rare medical cases, often incurable diseases such as:Huntington Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, Down Syndrome, etc.The project will make use of the following elements: 1 for digitalisation, 1 for access to the database, 3 for staff training.The effect of projektu:udostępnienie scientific resources. Główny cel: Poprawa jakości wypełniania misji publicznej w zakresie edukacji, poprzez cyfrowe, nieodpłatne udostępnienie zasobów nauki w otwartych formatach (co wpisuje się w cele poddziałania 2.3.1 POPC) do dnia 30.04.2021. Cele pośrednie: Wzmocnienie pozycji IPiN jako ośrodka specjalizującego się w rozwijaniu nowych metod leczenia oraz rehabilitacji chorych z zaburzeniami psychicznymi i neurologicznymi w kraju i za granicą w wyniku udostępnionych danych badawczych. Pozyskanie zasobów pozwalających na budowę pracowni digitalizacji, a tym samym zwiększenie możliwości tworzenia cyfrowych kopii zasobów znajdujących się w posiadaniu IPiN, Powstanie cyfrowych kopii posiadanych przez IPiN zasobów, Ochrona wartości zasobów IPiN. Zwiększenie dostępu do posiadanych zasobów dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Zadania:1.Zarządzanie projektem i kontrola jakości 2. Zakup oraz rozbudowa infrastruktury IT, przygotowanie pomieszczeń,szkolenia pracowników 3. Budowa archiwum 4. Budowa bazy danych do udostępniania zasobów 5. Digitalizacja zasobów 6. Promocja projektu. Grupy docelowe:-instytucje szkolnictwa wyższego, jednostki naukowe, placówki medyczne, przedsiębiorcy rozwijający innowacyjne technologie medyczne oraz opracowujący nowe leki, organizacje pozarządowe zajmujące się ochroną zdrowia, studenci studiów doktoranckich kierunków medycznych, naukowcy i badacze, lekarze, dziennikarze, odbiorcy indywidualni. Rezultatem projektu będzie powstanie 1 bazy danych zawierającej zdigitalizowane i udostępnione w formie cyfrowej zasoby nauki (69 476 szt., 3,2 TB), która, dzięki udostępnieniu zdigitalizowanych zasobów, będzie charakteryzowała przypadki medyczne bardzo rzadkich, często nieuleczalnych chorób jak np.: choroba Huntingtona, Choroba Creutzfeldta-Jakoba, choroba Alzheimera, zespół Downa itp. W ramach projektu uruchomione zostaną następujące elementy:1 pracownia digitalizacji,1 API udostępniające bazę, 3 szkolenia dla pracowników. Efekt projektu:udostępnienie zasobów nauki. (Polish)
