The objective of the 4S project (SMAR-SAG-SENSOR-SYSTEM) is to develop an innovative opto-electronic system to measure selected parameters of overhead power lines.The innovative product will be developed by a consortium consisting of two units:The leader of Energotech Lublin Sp. z o.o. and the Lubelskie University of Technology, whose teams have adequate long-term experience in the implementation of the R & D work.The innovative FOOTIC UKLATER will be characterised by a lack of electromagnetic sensitivity and the ability to directly measure the temperature and tension of the power cord on the basis of an optical signal in order to determine the current overhang and the available permissible load of the current.The developed opto-electronic system will be used in the framework of the provision of monitoring services to overhead electricity line parameters in the National Power System (KSE) category for the purpose of providing energy efficiency monitoring services for overhead electricity lines and, thanks to the information available about the available lines of transmission, will enable INNOVATIVE AND comprehensive MANAGEMENT OF ENERGY SYSTEMS.The target group of the project will be transmission and distribution system operators, i.e. companies active in the management of electricity infrastructure, including the five largest operators, i.e.:ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., Energa-Operator S.A., PGE Distributor S.A., innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. and Tau (English) | |||

Celem projektu o akronimie 4S (SMART-SAG-SENSOR-SYSTEM) jest opracowanie innowacyjnego układu optoelektronicznego do pomiaru wybranych parametrów napowietrznych linii elektroenergetycznych. Innowacyjny produkt będzie opracowywany przez konsorcjum, złożone z dwóch jednostek: Lidera EnergoTech Lublin Sp. z o.o. oraz Politechniki Lubelskiej, których zespoły posiadają odpowiednie wieloletnie doświadczenie w realizacji prac B+R. Zaplanowany do opracowania układ pomiarowy będzie jednym z kluczowych elementów systemu dynamicznej obciążalności linii (DOL) pozwalającym na ZWIĘKSZENIE EFEKTYWNOŚCI PRZESYŁU ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ napowietrznych linii elektroenergetycznych, bez konieczności ich bezpośredniej modernizacji. Innowacyjny FOTONICZNY UKŁAD POMIAROWY będzie charakteryzował się brakiem wrażliwości na pole elektromagnetyczne oraz możliwością wykonania bezpośrednio pomiaru temperatury i naprężenia przewodu elektroenergetycznego na podstawie sygnału optycznego, co pozwoli na wyznaczenie aktualnego zwisu i dostępnego, dopuszczalnego obciążenia prądowego. Opracowany układ optoelektroniczny wykorzystany będzie w ramach świadczenia przez EnergoTech usługi monitoringu parametrów napowietrznych linii elektroenergetycznych, który w kategorii Krajowego Systemu Elektroenergetycznego (KSE), pozwala na OBNIŻENIE STRAT PRZESYŁOWYCH, a dzięki pozyskanym informacjom o dostępnych obciążalnościach linii przesyłowych, umożliwi INNOWACYJNE I KOMPLEKSOWE ZARZĄDZANIE SYSTEMEM ENERGETYCZNYM. Grupą docelową projektu będą operatorzy systemów przesyłowych i dystrybucyjnych, czyli spółki prowadzące działalność w zakresie zarządzania infrastrukturą elektroenergetyczną, wśród nich pięciu największych operatorów tj.: Enea Operator Sp. z o.o., Energa-Operator S.A., PGE Dystrybucja S.A., innogy Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. oraz Tau (Polish)
