Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X).Protect_public_pomo_public_:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014) In the framework of the project, a method will be developed for the production of four product types allowing the cutting of various classes of materials (metals, glass, some types of plastics).The primary components of this system will be adhesives and polyurethane sealants for humidity from the air.In order to obtain a spot of good mechanical properties and a high resistance to atmospheric agents, a new type of oligopoly will be used to produce urethane prepolymers, including in its structure the carbonate group and the aliphatic and aromatic ester group.They shall be obtained by means of the trans-esterification of a waste poly (ethylene terephthalate) poly (ethylene terephthalate) and of aliphatic oligosaccharides.Further research will change the prepolymer curing mechanism so as to eliminate the hydrolysis reactions of isocyanates with the evolution of carbon dioxide.One solution will be to introduce into the structure the prepolymers of the silanol groups, which will be hydrolytically influenced by hydrolysis and condensation forming polymer networks.Such materials will also be used as primers able to bind chemical with some glued materials.The second solution, mainly used to obtain sealers, implies the use of reactive solvents which, in the light of the reaction with moisture, will generate function groups that react with isocyanates of prepolymers without CO2 emissions.For precise gluing of metal items, they will be further developed by primers based on epoxy photohardening resins of groups capable of reacting with adhesives and polyurethane seals. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X). Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).W ramach projektu zostanie opracowana metoda wytwarzania czterech typów produktów umożliwiających klejenie różnych klas materiałów (metale, szkła, niektóre typy tworzyw sztucznych). Podstawowymi składnikami tego systemu będą kleje i uszczelniacze poliuretanowe utwardzające się wilgocią z powietrza. W celu uzyskania spoin o dobrych właściwościach mechanicznych i wysokiej odporności na czynniki atmosferyczne do wytwarzania prepolimerów uretanowych zostanie wykorzystany nowy typ oligomeroli zawierających w swej strukturze grupy węglanowe oraz alifatyczno-aromatyczne grupy estrowe. Zostaną one otrzymane w wyniku transestryfikacji odpadowego poli(tereftalanu etylenu) butanodiolem i alifatycznymi oligowęglanami. Dalsze badania zmierzać będą do zmiany mechanizmu utwardzania prepolimerów, tak aby wyeliminować reakcje hydrolizy grup izocyjanianowych, w wyniku której wydziela się dwutlenek węgla powodujący spienianie spoin. Jedno z rozwiązań polegać będzie na wprowadzeniu do struktury prepolimerów grup silanolowych, które pod wpływem wilgoci ulegać będą hydrolizie i kondensacji tworząc sieci polimerowe. Tego typu materiały będą również wykorzystywane jako podkłady zdolne do chemicznego wiązania z niektórymi klejonymi materiałami. Drugie rozwiązanie, wykorzystywane głównie do otrzymywania uszczelniaczy, zakłada użycie reaktywnych rozpuszczalników, które w reakcjach z wilgocią będą generować grupy funkcyjne reagujące z grupami izocyjanianowymi prepolimerów bez wydzielania CO2. Do precyzyjnego klejenia elementów metalowych opracowane zostaną dodatkowo podkłady bazujące na fotoutwardzalnych żywicach epoksydowych zawierających grupy zdolne do reakcji z klejami i uszczelniaczami poliuretanowymi.
