W ramach usług doradczych firma zleci: - przeprowadzenie wstępnego audytu, którego celem jest zweryfikowanie jej potencjału i analiza otoczenia rynkowego, - stworzenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego, w tym charakterystyka firmy, specyfika rynku i charakterystyka docelowych nabywców, główne cele jakie mają być osiągnięte oraz jaką rolę w osiągnięciu tych celów ma spełniać projekt wzorniczy, określenie wyrobu będącego przedmiotem projektu wzorniczego, wymagania stawiane wyrobowi, kryteria przyjęcia zadań kolejnych etapów opracowania projektu wzorniczego, końcowy termin opracowania projektu wzorniczego, - wykonanie projektu koncepcyjnego wyrobu, - wykonanie projektu postaci wyrobu, - wykonanie szczegółowego projektu wyrobu, - opracowanie prototypu wyrobu, - testowanie prototypu. Opracowany nowy projekt wzorniczy dla innowacyjnego produktu, zostanie wdrożony do produkcji w firmie Wnioskodawcy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie opracowanych nowy projekt wzorniczy na innowacyjnych w skali kraju produkt – nowa energooszczędny reflektor LED dla branży retail o innowacyjnych parametrach funkcjonalno-użytkowych.
