Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014Przedmiotem projektu jest zgłoszenie w trybie europejskim (EPO) ochrony patentowej urządzenia technologicznego do nakładania termodyfuzyjnych powłok cynkowych, a następnie przeprowadzenie walidacji wynalazku w siedmiu wyznaczonych krajach europejskich (Belgia, Francja, Hiszpania, Holandia, Niemcy, Wlk. Brytania, Włochy) oraz Polsce. W urządzeniu tym proces wzrastania struktur żelazo-cynk przebiega w sposób kontaktowo-gazowy z możliwością recyrkulacji atmosfery reakcyjnej. Konstrukcja urządzenia, będąca przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego, pozwala na otrzymanie powłok ochronnych o lepszych właściwościach użytkowych (w tym antykorozyjnych) niż uzyskiwanych obecnie przy zastosowaniu tradycyjnych sposobów cynkowania. Proponowane przez REMIX S.A. autorskie rozwiązanie techniczne zapewnia otrzymywanie powłok o żądanej grubości. Zaznaczyć należy, że powłoki termodyfuzyjne charakteryzują się wzrostem faz ochronnych w głąb materiału poddanego obróbce, co pozwala na stosowanie tej techniki w przypadku elementów współpracujących, gdzie tolerancja wymiarowa jest bardzo istotna. Recyrkulacja atmosfery reakcyjnej gwarantuje także ekologiczność procesu i mniejszą produkcję odpadów w porównaniu do obecnie stosowanych technik cynkowania termodyfuzyjnego. Zastosowana w urządzeniu recyrkulacja atmosfery reakcyjnej zapewni ujednorodnienie jej składu, co wpłynie na intensyfikację procesu nasycania i efektywność wykorzystania czynników aktywnych. Opracowana przez REMIX S.A. unowocześniona metoda cynkowania była przedmiotem projektu pn. „Nowatorska technologia termodyfuzyjnego cynkowania odpowiedzialnych elementów konstrukcyjnych z wykorzystaniem recyrkulacji atmosfery reakcyjnej” zrealizowanego w ramach umowy o dofinansowanie nr UDA-POIG.01.04.00-08-383/13 w okresie 1.07.2014 – 31.12.2015.
