SA 42799 (2015/X) This proposal is to take comprehensive action to introduce new innovative services and products into international markets, to strengthen their position and to increase international competitiveness and to identify the Cluster Obstructing Metals (COM) and its members.The members of the COM will use, inter alia, the services indicated below, as detailed below:• Organisation of a stand at a specialised industrial trade fair, linked to the specialisation of a cluster on outlook markets from the point of view of enterprises and internationalisation strategy of the cluster• Access to foreign R & D infrastructure — services related to the testing of goods which are necessary for the entry and sale of goods on foreign markets• Advisory services related to the internationalisation of the company in connection with the introduction of products into selected markets, as well as an analysis of the potential of selected target countries• Services related to the activation of entrepreneurs in international markets, such as:participation in commercial missions, the organisation of product screenings, fairs and services related to the provision of tools for obtaining accommodation and facilitating the functioning of new markets for the bundle of services has been confirmed by both SMEs and large cluster companies.The selection of actions is a need to study the needs and good practices developed within COM that also affected the evaluation of the completed project under sub-measure 2.3.3 and the other ongoing.This is a clear and precise definition of project tasks and output and result indicators, which confirm both the potential to increase the cluster’s revenue as a result of its internationalisation and the opportunities for developing cooperation and results in R & D & I activities. SA 42799(2015/X) Projekt niniejszy zakłada podjęcie kompleksowych działań w celu wprowadzenia nowych innowacyjnych usług i produktów na międzynarodowe rynki, ugruntowanie ich pozycji oraz wzrost konkurencyjności międzynarodowej i rozpoznawalności Klastra Obróbki Metali (KOM) oraz jego członków. Członkowie KOM będą korzystali m.in. z usług wskazanych poniżej, szczegółowo opisanych w dalszej części projektu tj: • Organizacja stoiska wystawowego na specjalistycznych targach przemysłowych zagranicznych i krajowych o statusie międzynarodowych targów, związanych ze specjalizacją klastra na rynkach perspektywicznych z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorstw i strategii internacjonalizacji klastra • Dostęp do zagranicznej infrastruktury badawczo-rozwojowej - usługi związane z badaniami wyrobów, które są niezbędne do wejścia i sprzedaży wyrobów na rynkach zagranicznych • Usługi doradcze związane z umiędzynarodowieniem przedsiębiorcy związane z wprowadzeniem produktów na wybrane rynki, a także analizą potencjału wybranych krajów docelowych • Usługi związane z aktywizacją przedsiębiorcy na rynkach międzynarodowych takie jak: udział w misjach handlowych, organizacja pokazów produktowych, wyjazdów na targi oraz usług związanych z dostarczeniem narzędzi dla pozyskania kooperantów i ułatwienia funkcjonowania na nowych rynkach Kompleksowość pakietu usług została potwierdzona zarówno przez MŚP oraz dużych przedsiębiorców klastra. Dobór działań to efekt badania potrzeb oraz wypracowanych dobrych praktyk w ramach KOM, na które wpływ miała również ewaluacja zakończonego projektu w ramach poddziałania 2.3.3 oraz drugiego obecnie realizowanego.. Dzięki temu jasno i precyzyjne określono zadania projektowe oraz wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu, które potwierdzą zarówno potencjał zwiększania przychodów klastra w wyniku jego internacjonalizacji i możliwości rozwoju współpracy i wyników działań obszarze B+R+I.
