The project consists of implementing the results of the R & D and improving the company’s competitiveness.The project will lead to the launch of global, modified, rolled concrete items of concrete production in the form of:— large-format wipressed parts of a foundation wall with specially designed connections (also known as the elements of the foundation walls) — a light-catalytic three-layer cube (also known as the three-layer cube), a light pressed lumps of dirt (also known as a slight bone cube).These products are the result of research carried out by the company Rak-bud.The result of the proceedings was declared for patent protection.The placing on the market of new products will be made possible by the construction of a production hall with social and office support facilities and by the installation of a line for the production of compressed light items of general merchandise consisting of a press, technological circuit, ripening halls, manufacturing bolds, moulds for wibrosts.In addition, it will be necessary to install fixed assets for the modernisation of the concrete hub, consisting of the replacement of individual equipment and node systems, bringing it in line with the production requirements of a concrete blend for the production of wipressed parts.SA 42799 (2015/X), Article 13 rozp.651/2014 (English) | |||

Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R i poprawie konkurencyjności firmy. Rezultatem projektu będzie uruchomienie produkcji innowacyjnych w skali światowej, modyfikowanych, wibroprasowanych elementów betonowych w postaci: - wielkoformatowych wibroprasowanych elementów ścian fundamentowych ze specjalnie zaprojektowanymi łączeniami (zwane też elementami ścian fundamentowych) - kostki brukowej trójwarstwowej fotokatalitycznej (zwanej też kostką trójwarstwową) - lekkiej wibroprasowanej kostki brukowej (zwnej też lekką kostką). Wyżej wymienione produkty są wynikiem prac badawczych przeprowadzonych przez firmę Rak-bud. Wyniki prac zostały zgłoszone do ochrony patentowej. Wprowadzenie na rynek nowych produktów będzie możliwe dzięki budowie hali produkcyjnej z zapleczem socjalno-biurowym oraz instalacji linii do produkcji wibroprasowanych elementów drobnowymiarowych składającej się z wibroprasy, obiegu technologicznego, dojrzewalni, blatów produkcyjnych, form do wibroprasy. Ponadto konieczna będzie instalacja środków trwałych do modernizacji węzła betoniarskiego z podgarniarką polegająca na wymianie poszczególnych urządzeń i systemów węzła dostosowując go do wymogów produkcji mieszanki betonowej na potrzeby linii do produkcji elementów wibroprasowanych.
