The project concerns the implementation of an innovative production technology at national level for the innovative production of heat-stable thermostable filling.The technology has been developed in the course of the R & D work carried out by the Company.The technology is implemented in the form of R & D results protected by the trade secret.Part of the results of the R & D work was also declared for patent protection (declaration No P.414630).In order to implement an innovative technology, the Company plans to acquire and deploy a new line of technology capable of producing a serial production of a volatile thermal filling of a quantity of variable viscosity.Implementation of the full range of works in the project will enable the Company’s product range to be diversified.This will allow the Applicant to place on the market an innovative product with characteristics and functionalities not yet present in the national confectionery market.The proposed filling, based on the Applicant’s recipe, will be distinguished from the competition not only with an intense smell, taste and colour, but also a variable viscosity and a thermostable consistency, adjusted for confectionery products.In view of the above, it is appropriate to consider the applicant’s product a solution with a high competitive potential, in addition to achieving economic and environmental benefits.The project results directly from the implementation of the Long Term Development Strategy for Dijo Group, which focuses on bringing new innovative products to the market.The implementation of the project will enable the Company to develop its activities as a basis for building a strong competitive position on the Polish and foreign markets.     Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacyjnej w skali krajowej technologii produkcji nowatorskiego nadzienia termostabilnego o zmiennej lepkości. Technologię opracowano w toku prac B+R realizowanych przez Spółkę. Wdrażana technologia ma postać wyników prac B+R, chronionych tajemnicą przedsiębiorstwa. Część wyników prac B+R została również zgłoszona do ochrony patentowej (nr zgłoszenia P.414630). W celu wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii Spółka zakłada nabycie i uruchomienie nowego ciągu technologicznego, umożliwiającego produkcję seryjną termostabilnego nadzienia o zmiennej lepkości. Realizacja pełnego zakresu prac w Projekcie umożliwi dywersyfikację oferty produktowej Spółki. Dzięki temu Wnioskodawca wdroży na rynek innowacyjny produkt o cechach i funkcjonalnościach dotychczas niespotykanych na krajowym rynku produktów cukierniczych. Planowane do wytwarzania nadzienie, oparte na autorskiej recepturze Wnioskodawcy, wyróżniać się będzie na tle konkurencji nie tylko intensywnym zapachem, smakiem i kolorem, ale również zmienną lepkością i termostabilną konsystencją, dostosowaną z myślą o produktach z branży cukierniczej. Z uwagi na powyższe, należy uznać produkt Wnioskodawcy za rozwiązanie o wysokim potencjale konkurencyjnym, pozwalającym dodatkowo osiągnąć korzyści o charakterze ekonomicznym oraz środowiskowym. Projekt wynika bezpośrednio z realizacji długookresowej strategii rozwoju Grupy Dijo, ukierunkowanej na wychodzenie na rynek z nowymi, innowacyjnymi produktami. Realizacja Projektu pozwoli rozwinąć działalność Spółki stanowiąc tym samym podstawę do budowania silnej pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku polskim i zagranicznym. (Polish)
