The project is the commercialisation of R & D results in the business of PENTAR.As a result of the implementation of the investment in question, the applicant will be able to implement technological innovation in the form of innovative (on account of the design and the material used) for pad grinding wheels.Technological innovation shown above is the result of the research and development work carried out by the applicant to develop the appropriate abrasive structure and components in order to increase its capacity (even abrasion, less waste), flexibility (better alignment with the treated surface), reduce the amount of waste generated and create a greener product (through uniformity of abrasion, production of abrasive backings using easily accessible natural components or post-production waste).The direct outcome of the project, thanks to the investment in question (construction of a production hall, purchase of the necessary technological infrastructure), will be the introduction of an innovative, breakthrough and distinctive product with far better characteristics and properties (increased by up to 50 % in terms of efficiency and viability, and will allow for a reduction in the quantities after use of the waste tool).By implementing the project, the applicant will set up a new plant and the introduction of the product’s product mix will enable the company to expand and strengthen its competitiveness and place the applicant at the forefront of the most innovative companies in the sector.The company will benefit from a number of tangible economic and non-economic benefits in terms of increasing revenues, entering new markets, increasing the business potential of the firm, including raising the level of innovation and raising the brand’s prestige and brand recognition on the market. Przedmiotem projektu jest komercjalizacja wyników prac B+R w ramach prowadzonej przez firmę PENTAR działalności gospodarczej. W wyniku realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji Wnioskodawca zyska możliwość wdrożenia innowacji technologicznej w postaci innowacyjnych (ze względu na konstrukcję i zastosowany materiał) podkładów do ściernicy listkowej talerzowej. Wyżej wykazana innowacja technologiczna to efekt wykonanych przez Wnioskodawcę prac badawczo-rozwojowych w zakresie opracowania odpowiedniej struktury i komponentów podkładu ściernego, aby zwiększyć jego wydajność (równomierne ścieranie, mniejsza ilość odpadów), elastyczność (lepsze dostosowanie do powierzchni poddawanej obróbce), zmniejszyć ilość powstających odpadów i stworzyć produkt bardziej ekologiczny (poprzez równomierność ścierania, wytwarzanie podkładów ściernych z użyciem łatwo dostępnych komponentów naturalnych lub odpadów poprodukcyjnych). Bezpośredni rezultat projektu, za sprawą przedmiotowej inwestycji (budowa hali produkcyjnej, zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury technologicznej), stanowić będzie wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego, przełomowego, wyróżniającego się produktu o zdecydowanie lepszych cechach i właściwościach (zwiększonej nawet o 50% efektywności i żywotności, a także pozwoli na ograniczenie ilości powstających po zużyciu narzędzia odpadów). Poprzez realizację projektu Wnioskodawca założy nowy zakład a wprowadzenie do asortymentu produktu projektu pozwoli na poszerzenie oferty i wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy i uplasuje Wnioskodawcę na czele najbardziej innowacyjnych przedsiębiorstw w branży. Firma odniesie szereg wymiernych korzyści ekonomicznych i pozaekonomicznych w postaci zwiększenia przychodów, wejścia na nowe rynki zbytu, zwiększenia potencjału rozwojowego firmy, w tym podniesienia poziomu innowacyjności oraz zwiększenia prestiżu i rozpoznawalności marki na rynku.
