The subject of the project is the introduction of technology for the initiation of production of counterweights based on the composition of the composite HHEAVYMIX.The initiation of the manufacture of new anti-caking agents is possible by the installation in an existing industrial hall of the firm having the production thrust of the production.The production technology of HAVYMIX, a composite compound with the cement matrix of polymer modified polymers, has enabled to obtain counter-weights with very complex shapes and with a high strength.The specifications of the composite mixture were obtained with the manufacture of the project implementation during the period 01.10.2019 to 30.09.2021.As part of the project implementation, it is planned to use its own master hall for some of the following:900 m² and the installation necessary for the production of the production chain.The elements made with HEAVYMIX will meet the requirements of quality, endurance and ecological requirements.The use of waste materials for their production is an appropriate achievement of the basic objectives and principles of waste management, namely:— minimisation of waste and adverse environmental impacts, — environmentally compatible recovery — disposal of other waste.The slag mixes make it possible to remove the existing landfill so that the principles of sustainable development and ecological focus are implemented.The efficient use of our composite from HEAVYMIX using slag and polymer supplements in the manufacture of counter-weights will be possible with copyright in the design of a technological sequence using a total process variable concentration of 50 to 100 Hz, which will be designed to optimise and bring to an end the recurrence of production operations.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie technologii umożliwiającej uruchomienie produkcji przeciwwag w oparciu o mieszankę kompozytową HEAVYMIX. Uruchomienie produkcji nowych przeciwag możliwe jest poprzez instalację w istniejącej hali przemysłowej firmy Posiadało ciągu produkcyjnego umożiwiającego produkcję. Technologia produkcji HEAVYMIX, czyli mieszanki kompozytowej o matrycy cementowej modyfikowanej polimerami, pozwoliła na uzyskanie przeciwwag o bardzo skomplikowanych kształtach i wysokich wytrzymałościach. Wyspecyfikowane właściwości mieszanki kompozytowej otrzymano przy zastosowaniu w produkcji Realizacja projektu przebiegać będzie w okresie 01.10.2019r. do 30.09.2021r. W ramach realizacji projektu planowane jest wykorzystanie własnej hali przodukcyjnej o pow ok. 900m2 i instalacja niezbędnego do urochomienia produkcji ciągu produkcyjnego. Elementy wykonane z HEAVYMIX będą spełniały wymagania jakościowe, wytrzymałościowe i ekologiczne. Wykorzystanie surowców odpadowych do ich produkcji stanowi właściwą realizację podstawowych celów i zasad gospodarki odpadami, którymi są: - minimalizacja wielkości odpadów oraz niekorzystnego ich wpływu na środowisko, - odzysk zgodny z zasadami ochrony środowiska, - unieszkodliwianie pozostałych odpadów. Mieszanki żużlowe pozwalają likwidować istniejące już składowiska odpadów w ten sposób dbamy o wdrażanie w życie zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz działań proekologicznych. Efektywne wykorzystanie naszej mieszanki kompozytowej HEAVYMIX wykorzystującej żużle oraz dodatki polimerowe w produkcji przeciwwag będzie możliwe przy zastosowaniu autorskiego projektu stworzenia ciągu technologicznego wykorzystującego w całym procesie zmienne częstotliwości zagęszczania od 50 do 100Hz, którego zadaniem będzie optymalizacja i wprowadzenie powtarzalności operacji produkcyjnych.
