Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020.The subject matter of the project involves research into plastic, which is an additive to polymers, which makes it possible to obtain a plastic fluorescent plastic material, and will focus on the choice of a suitable colour or pigment to determine its suitability.These criteria include, but are not limited to:1.Effect on the human body — pigment/colouring may not be toxic and, moreover, must not cause allergic reactions.2.Material compatibility — it is planned to create such an additive whose intermolecule effects are destabilised by the pigment/colour dispersed in the polymer matrix by preventing it from being ‘agitated’ at the time of use.3.Estetics — refers to the colour and its characteristics as well as the impact on the reception of the final product.4.Economic criterion — the added colouring medium shall not pre-express the product beyond certain limit limits.The scope of the project will include a series of studies such as formulation, pre-mixtures, physico-chemical studies, luminescence/fluorescent tests, morphological and composition analysis of the material, as well as stress testing.On the basis of the tests carried out, the applicant will obtain detailed documentation and a formulation of the polymer supplement to obtain the mass fluorescent plastic material.The result of the project, representing product innovation on the scale of the country and of Europe, will be put into production as part of the Applicant’s activities, with a number of advantages for PTT Service and the whole economy.The improved product will be unique, and (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiot projektu obejmuje badania nad tworzywem sztucznym, zawierającym dodatek do polimerów, umożliwiający otrzymanie tworzywa sztucznego fluoryzującego w masie.Główny nacisk podczas przeprowadzanych badań położny zostanie na dobór odpowiedniego barwnika lub pigmentu, który spełniałby określone kryteria, decydujące o jego przydatności. Do kryteriów tych należą m.in.: 1.Wpływ na organizm człowieka – pigment/barwnik nie może być toksyczny, a ponadto nie może powodować odczynów alergicznych. 2.Kompatybilność materiałowa - planuje się stworzenie takiego dodatku, którego oddziaływania międzycząsteczkowe stabilizować będą pigment/barwnik rozproszony w matrycy polimerowej, zapobiegając jego „wypacaniu” w czasie użytkowania. 3.Estetyka - odnosi się do samej barwy i jej cech jak też wpływu na odbiór produktu końcowego. 4.Kryterium ekonomiczne – dodane medium barwiące nie może przedrażać produktu poza pewne dopuszczalne limity. Zakres projektu obejmować będzie szereg badań, takich jak opracowanie receptur, przygotowanie przedmieszanek, badania fizyko - chemiczne, testy luminescencyjne/fluorescencyjne, analizę morfologii i składu pierwiastkowego tworzywa oraz badania wytrzymałościowe. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań Wnioskodawca uzyska szczegółową dokumentację oraz recepturę dodatku do polimerów, umożliwiającego otrzymanie tworzywa sztucznego fluoryzującego w masie. Rezultat projektu, stanowiący innowację produktową na skalę kraju jak i Europy, zostanie wdrożony do produkcji w ramach działalności Wnioskodawcy, pociągając za sobą szereg korzyści dla Spółki PTT Service jak i całej gospodarki.
