The project consists of the implementation of the R & D results of technology involving a process for the production of a high performance dryer preparation process, for use in farm facilities.The object of the studies, associated with the manufacturing technology and the unique recipe, was the subject of a patent application P.419065 entitled ‘Method of production of base preparation for breeding animals and base preparation for breeding animals’.The implementation of the development results of the company will make it possible to propose today as well as future customers a solution with the characteristics currently not available.A highly ecological, natural and fully biodegradable preparation will distinguish between higher efficiency and a significant reduction in the performance of harmful parameters:temperature, humidity, pH of litter and ammonia concentrations in air.The project will implement the manufacturing technology of a preparation for biological disinfection which will have a positive impact on the zootechnical conditions in the farm.Sales of the product will be carried out in Poland and on foreign markets at a level approx.8 % of the overall sales level (Czech Republic, Lithuania and France).Our new product, preparation and disinfection, will have a positive impact on the microclimate of the zootechnical premises by:— reducing the moisture content of litter and air, limiting the development of pathogenic micro-flora and the production of harmful gases, — reducing the production of ammonia and other harmful gases in litter, — restocking with the environment of microbial animals — beneficial from the point of view of health.Significant market benefits have a strong impact on market potential, including export of our proposal.The success of the project has to be seen in the context of the readiness to implement the project and the implementation of the product.We have a market for more than 8 years, we have experience in the sector, the distribution channels developed, the marketing strategy, (English)

    Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R dotyczących technologii obejmującej proces produkcji preparatu osuszająco-dezynfekcyjnego, o wysokiej skuteczności działania, do zastosowania w obiektach gospodarskich. Przedmiot badań, związany z technologią wytwarzania i unikatowej receptury, został objęty zgłoszeniem patentowym P.419065 pn.:„Sposób wytwarzania preparatu podłożowego dla zwierząt hodowlanych oraz preparat podłożowy dla zwierząt hodowlanych”. Wdrożenie do działalności firmy wyników prac rozwojowych, umożliwi zaproponowanie obecnym, jak i przyszłym klientom, rozwiązanie o właściwościach obecnie niedostępnych. Wysoce ekologiczny, naturalny i w pełni biodegradowalny preparat, będzie wyróżniał się wyższą skutecznością działania i osiągania znaczącego ograniczenia działania szkodliwych parametrów: temperatury, wilgotności, pH ściółki i stężenia amoniaku w powietrzu. W ramach projektu wdrożymy autorską technologię wytwarzania preparatu do dezynfekcji biologicznej, który korzystnie wpłynie na warunki zootechniczne w pomieszczeniach gospodarskich. Sprzedaż produktu będziemy prowadzić w Polsce oraz na rynkach zagranicznych, na poziomie ok. 8% w ogólnym poziomie sprzedaży (Czechy, Litwa i Francja). Nasz nowy produkt, preparat osuszająco-dezynfekujący, wpłynie pozytywnie na mikroklimat pomieszczeń zootechnicznych poprzez: - zmniejszenie wilgotności ściółki i powietrza, co ograniczy rozwój patogennej mikroflory oraz produkcję szkodliwych gazów, - ograniczenie produkcji amoniaku i innych szkodliwych gazów w ściółce, - zasiedlanie środowiska zwierząt mikroorganizmami - korzystnymi z punktu widzenia zdrowia. Znaczące korzyści dla rynku zdecydowanie wpływają na potencjał rynkowy, w tym eksportowy naszej propozycji. Powodzenie projektu, należy rozpatrywać w kontekście gotowości do realizacji projektu i wdrożenia produktu.
