Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. Przedmiotem projektu jest skorzystanie przez Wnioskodawcę z proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych świadczonych przez wybraną w postępowaniu konkurencyjnym akredytowaną Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu. Wnioskodawca rozważa wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacji produktowej, procesowej, organizacyjnej i marketingowej w postaci innowacyjnego rozwiązania - e- aukcji na rynku nieruchomości w obrocie pierwotnym i wtórnym, która pozwoli osobom zainteresowanym sprzedać szybko swoją nieruchomość w akceptowalnej dla siebie cenie, a osobom zainteresowanym kupnem nabyć nieruchomość czy grunt po atrakcyjnej cenie bez zbędnych negocjacji i tracenia czasu. Dzięki zastosowaniu inteligentnego bota e-lerningowego, uczącego się zachowań każdego użytkownika, klient otrzymuje w pierwszej kolejności oferty oraz usługi zgodne z jego preferencjami. Usługa będzie miała nie tylko zasięg krajowy ale również będzie obsługiwać klientów spoza rynku polskiego, którzy chcą nabyć nieruchomość w Polsce. Wnioskodawca zapewnia również usługę oceny zdolności kredytowej i pomoc w pozyskaniu finansowania. (Polish)
