The project of 2 phases of industrial research and 1 development phase aims to develop an integrated platform for the management of electricity demand and supply in the area of final customers.The main functionalities of the Platform will be, inter alia:1. power Clearing as part of the Capacity Reduction Framework (DSR) for customers benefiting from Smart Metering solutions, 2. use of neural network algorithms to forecast energy consumption of different types of customers depending on external variables, using user power profiles, 3. managing the whole process of organisation of power reduction among different consumers and prosumers in the virtual area within a virtual scheduling unit, 4. generating dynamic current price pricing from real-time smart Metering readings from the Smart Metering system taking into account the external environment.The product will result in a product ready for implementation and commercial sale.The novelty of the product includes characteristics such as:1. clearing in an automatic way the risk reduction of the DSR and, in the long term, a daily reduction within the Active Unit, 2. generating dynamic energy tariffs, 3. high accuracy forecasts of consumption and energy demand.The objectives of the project will be achieved by carrying out the planned research activities based on the data from the MS systems.The research will be carried out by a team of experienced researchers.In the framework of development work, a pilot launch of the platform on a large group of users in real terms is planned.Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).     Celem projektu składającego się z 2 etapów badań przemysłowych i 1 etapu prac rozwojowych jest stworzenie zintegrowanej platformy do zarządzania popytem i podażą energii elektrycznej w obszarze odbiorców końcowych. Głównymi funkcjonalnościami platformy będzie m.in.: 1. funkcja rozliczania energii w ramach redukcji mocy (DSR) dla klientów korzystających z rozwiązań Smart Metering, 2. wykorzystanie algorytmów sieci neuronowych do prognozowania zużycia energii przez różnego rodzaju odbiorców w zależności od zmiennych zewnętrznych przy wykorzystaniu profili mocy użytkowników, 3. zarządzanie całym procesem organizacji redukcji mocy wśród różnych konsumentów i prosumentów na wyznaczonym wirtualnie obszarze w ramach wirtualnej jednostki grafikowej, 4. generowanie taryf dynamicznych cen prądu z wykorzystaniem cenotwórstwa czasu rzeczywistego z pobieranych na bieżąco odczytów z systemu Smart Metering z uwzględnieniem warunków zewnętrznych. Rezultatem projektu będzie produkt, gotowy do wdrożenia i komercyjnej sprzedaży. O nowości produktu przesądzają m.in. takie cechy jak: 1. rozliczanie w sposób automatyczny redukcji interwencyjnych DSR a docelowo redukcji codziennych w ramach Aktywnej Jednostki Grafikowej, 2. generowanie taryf dynamicznych cen energii, 3. wysoka dokładność prognoz zużycia i zapotrzebowania na energię. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizowanie zaplanowanych prac badawczych w oparciu o dane z systemów SM. Badania będą prowadzone przez zespół doświadczonych naukowców. W ramach prac rozwojowych zaplanowano pilotażowe uruchomienie platformy na dużej grupie użytkowników w warunkach rzeczywistych.
