Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project aims to improve the process of energy storage in chemical form (natural gas substitutes;SNG), with the aim of improving the operational performance of the target installation, mainly through the higher efficiency of the high temperature electrolysis (smaller energy inputs related to the absence of water evaporation in the electrolysis) and the use of the carbonate fuel cells for the capture of CO2 from the flue gas, which does not require energy from the power plant to be captured from the power plant (e.g. in the form of a steam injection from the turbine drop). In addition, both innovations are made on a permanent basis and in a similar temperature range, allowing their integration from the heat and electricity side.In particular, the project will contribute to a reduced energy intensity (power and heat) per unit of SNG produced.A significant reduction in investment costs will be achieved by the use of high-temperature technologies in which expensive catalytic converters (Ni vs Pt) are not required. The reduction in operating costs will be achieved through this higher energy efficiency and the lack of frequent elements (such as the electrolyte in the KOH/NaOH electrolysis).Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).
