Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project concerns the development of technology for the production of new composite structures based on state of the art (basalt fibres), the latest polymers and excipients (inter alia by completing the material structure through glass meal) and completing the polymer core for road surface applications (passive safety of elements on the road lane with a collision with the vehicle) and of niche applications (sites which are difficult to access, installation without the use of heavy equipment, in seismic areas).Under international conditions, this type of solution is currently not available — BASF in the past year showed the first samples with a fairly similar pattern at the Paris JEC Composite SHV composite exhibition, but this is not yet an offer for a wide distribution, but these solutions do not have several important functionalities of market advantage and are produced in other technologies, including a much heavier solution than the Applicant.The applicant wishes to take advantage of the exceptional market opportunity that is linked to the elimination from the market of wood based solutions as a design material and the introduction in public procurement of the cost of operating and rendering, and not only the price.The changes introduced by the European Commission will cause a significant market gap since 2018 and the opportunity to enter new products and increase the share of exports in the Company’s revenues. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt dotyczy opracowania technologii produkcji nowych konstrukcji kompozytowych opartych na najnowszych osnowach (włókna bazaltowe), najnowszych rozwiązaniach z dziedziny polimerów i wypełniaczy (m.in. uzupełnienie struktury materiału poprzez mączki szklane) i uzupełnienie rdzenia polimerobetonem do zastosowań w drogownictwie (bezpieczeństwo bierne elementów w pasie drogi przy kolizji z pojazdem) oraz zastosowań niszowych (tereny trudno dostępne, realizacja instalacji bez użycia ciężkiego sprzętu, na terenach aktywnych sejsmicznie). W warunkach międzynarodowych, tego typu rozwiązania nie są obecnie dostępne – BASF w ubiegłym roku pokazał pierwsze egzemplarze o dosyć zbliżonej charakterystyce na międzynarodowych targach kompozytów w Paryżu JEC COMPOSITES SHOW, jednak nie jest to jeszcze oferta dostępna w szerokiej dystrybucji, ponadto rozwiązania te nie mają kilku istotnych funkcjonalności budujących przewagę rynkową oraz są produkowane w inne technologii, m.in. są to rozwiązania dużo cięższe, niż rozwiązania Wnioskodawcy. Wnioskodawca chce wykorzystać niezwykłą szansę rynkową, związaną z eliminacją z rynku rozwiązań opartych na drewnie, jako materiale konstrukcyjnym oraz wprowadzeniu przy zamówieniach publicznych kalkulacji kosztu eksploatacji i utylizacji, nie zaś tylko ceny. Zmiany wprowadzane przez Komisję Europejską spowodują dużą lukę rynkową od roku 2018 i szansę na wejście z nowymi produktami i zwiększenie udziału eksportu w przychodach Spółki. (Polish)
