Zaprojektowana i zbudowana w trakcie trwania projektu linia pilotażowa oparta będzie na opracowanej przez firmę Euroceras koncepcji nowej metody zintegrowanej produkcji wosku z wykorzystaniem procesu degradacji poliolefin, a następnie utleniania. W projektowanej linii pilotażowej wykorzystano innowacyjne, nowe techniki służące oszczędzaniu energii i oczyszczaniu zużytego powietrza. Wytworzone na niej produkty stanowić będą nowość przynajmniej na rynku polskim. Wnioskodawca zakłada, że w wyniku realizacji projektu będzie mógł wprowadzić na rynek co najmniej trzy różne rodzaje wosków utlenionych. Ich właściwości pozwolą na znalezienie nowych zastosowań w przemyśle tworzyw sztucznych. Głównymi odbiorcami będą firmy wykorzystujące w procesie produkcji dodatki do tworzyw sztucznych. Prace badawcze zostały podzielone na dwa etapy: 1. badania przemysłowe, podczas których prowadzone będą działania zmierzające do odpowiedniego doboru surowców chemicznych oraz projektowane komputerowo będą elementy składowe linii pilotażowej, 2. prace rozwojowe, w ramach których zbudowana zostanie i będzie testowana w trybie pracy ciągłej linia pilotażowa oraz prowadzona będzie analiza właściwości surowców i wytwarzanych produktów gotowych.
