Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).Oil and oil spills pose a very serious threat to the environment and are responsible for significant financial losses.Automatic detection systems are a solution to address this problem.Unfortunately, the small volume of such solutions available on the market means that their prices are very high and exceed the budgets of many investments.Many pipelines are still unprotected.Increasing environmental awareness means that demand for such solutions continues to increase, especially in the area of low-cost solutions.Our project is going against these needs.The project will carry out research to verify existing leakage detection methods, develop new and address the reliability of detection results obtained by existing methods.To this end, a prototype system is needed to allow the reliable verification of the detection methods of the leakage detection methods used for existing and built fuel pipelines.The tasks to be carried out under the project are:— Performance of the installation to study methods of detection of pipeline separation, verification and demonstration of their effectiveness to the potential recipient of solutions — Reliable verification methods known to be available — Development of new innovative methods with much higher profitability for technology pipelines.— Delivering the idea of the protection of fuel pipelines as an effective tool for investment safety and the environment.The project’s innovation consists of:— Use of artificial intelligence for filtering (English) | |||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Wycieki ropy naftowej oraz produktów ropopochodnych stanowią bardzo poważne zagrożenie dla środowiska naturalnego oraz są przyczyną znacznych strat finansowych. Rozwiązaniem rozwiązującym ten problem są automatyczne systemy detekcji rozszczelnień. Niestety niewielka ilość rozwiązań tego typu, dostępnych na rynku, powoduje, że ich ceny są bardzo wysokie i przekraczają budżety wielu inwestycji. Przez to wiele rurociągów wciąż pozostaje bez ochrony. Rosnąca świadomość ekologiczna powoduje, że popyt na rozwiązania tego typu wciąż rośnie, szczególnie w zakresie rozwiązań niskokosztowych. Realizowany przez nas projekt wychodzi na przeciw tym potrzebom. W ramach projektu zostanie przeprowadzone badania mające na celu weryfikacje istniejących metod detekcji wycieków, opracowanie nowych oraz rozwiązanie problemu wiarygodności wyników detekcji uzyskiwanych istniejącymi metodami. W tym celu niezbędne jest wykonanie instalacji prototypowej pozwalającej rzetelną weryfikację metod detekcji wycieków stosowanych na istniejących oraz budowanych rurociągach paliwowych. Zadaniami które zrealizujemy w ramach projektu są: - Wykonanie instalacji, pozwalającej na badanie metod detekcji rozszczelnień rurociągów, weryfikacji i demonstrowania ich skuteczności potencjalnym odbiorcą rozwiązań - Rzetelna weryfikacja znanych metod detekcji rozszczelnień - Opracowanie nowych, innowacyjnych metod o znacznie wyższej opłacalności, przeznaczonych dla rurociągów technologicznych. - Propagacja idei ochrony rurociągów paliwowych jako skutecznego narzędzia służącemu bezpieczeństwu inwestycji oraz środowiska naturalnego.
