Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The aim of the project is to develop innovative comprehensive solutions for the passive protection of buildings.As a result of the project to series Mercor S.A., innovative solutions will be implemented which will affect, first, the improvement of the energy efficiency of both the production process itself and the buildings in which they will be applied, and secondly to significantly increase the fire safety of buildings through enhanced security automation, and their better technical and performance parameters and, third, to bring the solutions to the latest EU standards for fire protection.As a result of the project, solutions will be developed for defueling and roof lighting solutions, design protection solutions including the development of a pilot production line and new fire ventilation solutions.The interoperability and the complexity of the solutions will be confirmed by using the demonstration plant of the model building.All the solutions developed will be implemented in production and will be a comprehensive offer of the company that will meet the growing demands of the buyers and meet the latest standards of fire safety.Upgrading the products currently in production and extending their field of application and extending the offer for new products will have a positive impact on the growth of revenues and on the profit of the company.It is expected that a higher margin is expected to occur as a result of the competitive advantages of these products resulting from the forecast of innovative technical and performance parameters, including on a European scale.The project, given that it will consist of the production of a group of products with a higher (English) | |||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).Celem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnych kompleksowych rozwiązań na potrzeby biernej ochrony przeciwpożarowej budynków. W wyniku realizacji projektu do produkcji seryjnej Mercor S.A. zostaną wdrożone innowacyjne rozwiązania, które wpłyną po pierwsze na poprawę efektywności energetycznej zarówno samego procesu produkcji jak i budynków, w których znajdą zastosowanie, po drugie znacząco zwiększą stopień bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego budynków poprzez większą automatyzację zabezpieczeń, oraz ich lepsze parametry techniczno-użytkowe i po trzecie zapewnią zgodność rozwiązań z najnowszymi normami UE w zakresie zabezpieczeń przeciwpożarowych. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną opracowane rozwiązania w zakresie oddymiania i doświetleń dachowych, rozwiązania zabezpieczeń konstrukcji wraz z opracowaniem pilotażowej linii produkcyjnej oraz nowe rozwiązania wentylacji pożarowej. Współdziałanie i kompleksowość rozwiązań zostanie potwierdzona przy użyciu instalacji demonstracyjnej modelowego budynku. Całość opracowanych rozwiązań, zostanie wdrożona do produkcji oraz stanowić będzie kompleksową ofertę spółki, która zaspokoi rosnące wymagania nabywców, jak i umożliwi spełnienie najnowszych norm z zakresu bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego. Unowocześnienie obecnie produkowanych wyrobów oraz rozszerzenie obszaru ich zastosowań a także poszerzenie oferty o nowe wyroby wpłynie pozytywnie na wzrost przychodów oraz zysk firmy. Oczekiwana jest realizacja wyższej marży wynikającej z przewag konkurencyjnych tych wyrobów wynikających z prognozowanych innowacyjnych parametrów techniczno-użytkowych, w tym na skalę europejską.
