Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project involves the development and construction of a prototype of an innovative autonomous vehicle for shunting operations on work sidings and in hazardous areas.A market product developed as a result of the project will be a new generation of shunting movements, responding to the needs of industrial consumers.The research and development that has been undertaken in the course of the project will allow the development of an innovative global solution with unprecedented functionality in the functional market, such as:the use of motors with permanent magnet magnetos, use of Li-ion prisms and the function of a rapid charging phase and the provision of long energy storage times, together with its dynamic recovery, development of a system allowing for lateral crossing without the use of switches and the use of programmatic algorithms to optimise the work of the railway vehicle.The outcome of the project will also be characterised by a number of measures not yet applied on the Polish market:modular design, innovative propulsion system, automation of composition coupling operation, high precision of locomotive traffic.As a result of the work carried out, an advanced solution with a high commercialisation potential will be provided to the global market.The product will have a number of improvements compared to the standard currently available on the global systems market.The vehicle developed will also be part of the EC recommendation on environmental protection and the country’s development strategy, according to which an efficient, but also sustainable transport system is a prerequisite for the full (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i budowa prototypu innowacyjnego autonomicznego pojazdu szynowego do prac manewrowych na zakładowych bocznicach rozrządowych oraz w strefach niebezpiecznych. Rynkowy produkt opracowany w wyniku realizacji projektu stanowiła będzie lokomotywa manewrowa nowej generacji stanowiąca odpowiedź na potrzeby odbiorców przemysłowych. Prace badawczo-rozwojowe podjęte w trakcie realizacji projektu pozwolą na opracowanie innowacyjnego w skali światowej rozwiązania posiadającego niespotykane do tej pory na rynku funkcjonalności, takie jak: zastosowanie silników z wirującymi magnesami trwałymi, wykorzystanie pryzmatycznej baterii Li-ion oraz funkcji błyskawicznej fazy ładowania i zapewnieniu długiego czasu magazynowania energii wraz z jej odzyskiem dynamicznym, opracowanie systemu pozwalającego na przejazd poprzeczny bez konieczności korzystania z rozjazdów a także zastosowanie programowych algorytmów optymalizacji pracą pojazdu szynowego. Rezultat projektu cechował się będzie ponadto szeregiem rozwiązań niestosowanych dotąd na rynku polskim: modułowej konstrukcji, innowacyjnego układu napędowego, automatyzacji operacji sprzęgu składu, wysokiej precyzji ruchu lokomotywy. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac, na światowy rynek dostarczone zostanie zaawansowane rozwiązanie cechujące się wysokim potencjałem komercjalizacyjnym. Produkt posiadał będzie szereg ulepszeń w porównaniu do standardowych, dostępnych obecnie na światowym rynku systemów. Opracowany pojazd wypisywał się będzie ponadto w zalecenia KE w zakresie ochrony środowiska i strategię rozwoju kraju, zgodnie z którą efektywny, ale również zrównoważony system transportowy jest warunkiem niezbędnym do pełne (Polish)
